I keep receiving calls based out of Olathe, KS. This being one of them. I do not answer unknown numbers and message is never left.

Constantly calls and does not leave a message. When I finally answer they say that I won a free water filter. I told them to stop calling and that I'm not interested and the man on the other line says "then why did you sign up" and I said I didn't sign up for anything stop calling. And he says "but you did sign up you filled out a survey" and I said let me speak to your manager. The manager gets on the phone and they continue to try and sell me whatever they are selling. When a person says they are not interested....Say "Okay" and hang up the phone!
