Updated:  She called again (see above) and this time said her company is "Home Adviser".  Don't answer it.  It's a telemarketer.

Don't bother answering. She says her name is "Dana" and she pretends to be a customer looking for someone to do _________________ (in our case, hvac) for her in _________________ (in our case, SFBay Area).  Wants to know if we can "take on more work" because she needs something done.

In reality it is a telemarketer who is calling saying "we have jobs for contractor in your area" and it is SPAM SCAM SCUM.

Don't bother answering.
