I received 2 calls yesterday, asking for someone I dont even know.  I told them you had the wrong number, they called again today.  I told them, "listen, you called twice yesterday, and I told you that you had the wrong number, and again you're calling.  Take this number off your list, or make some kind of note of it!"

got a call at 4:42 am no one i know calls me at that time of the am..did not leave a message i did not answer bcuz i didn't recognize number

I get a call from this number every evening at 8pm or so no one is ever there.Only one time did I actualy here a voice, sounded like a woman but very distorted.When I call the number it responds : Your call can not be completed as dialed etc. then a call failed message is heard and a disconnect.!

4 calls from them 2 min apart. 10pm at night.  I have told them that I do not want anything to do with them.

They have called a total of 4 times today.  A man with a heavy accent.  He has a government grant for a family member who has a page on the internet.  He gave a really long name of his company so I wouldn't be able to get it.  One time when he called I said "Oh, it's the loan guy, er I mean grant."  He hung up.  My letting him know I was onto him didn't make him stop.  I bought a penny whistle to blow in his ear.  Maybe that will work.

All I know is, since I answered yesterday and let her give me her long stupid speech, and I told her I did not have a credit or debit card, and she hung up on me, they have not called me back.  thank god..stupid people.
If you keep getting calls, even when you have spoken to them, I don't know what to tell you.  It takes 30 days to get their number off your 'do not call' list.

Received a call today,Aug 16,2007.913-529-2908,didn't answer it because caller Id said "Telephone Manger"  I have been getting a lot of these calls lately, whats going on?

I started receiving these phone calls without leaving a message. When I call the number back it says that I dialed the number wrong.

They call me every day.  When I got home they called again, so I answered.
They want to send you Grant information.  They also want a credit/debit/checking account number, so they can charge $1.07 for shipping charges.  I told them I did not have a debit/credit card and she hung up on me.
Of Course I have one, but tell them you do not if you do answer them.
I let her give me her long speech, just to let her down!  HA!!! She was PISSED!!!!! LOVE IT!!

I have been getting calls from them and the caller ID says "Search Assist" I have answered and asked to take a message but they just say..thats ok we'll try again later.They are quite persistant usually starting at about  8:30 a.m.

These people have called me atleast 10 times in the last 2 days, i keep telling them im not interested and to stop calling me and they wont stop, what can you do to stop them??

i just got called at 902am and they didnt leave a message when i called back said cannot be completed as dialed these idiots better not keep calling me

I did put my cell on a NO CALL list but apparently these folks still got their greedy little paws on my cell number!
Not sure how this ever came about since I never applied or inquired about a GOVT GRANT!! I hope you catch these theives!!

received unwanted call from 913-529-2908. It must be an outbound line only. I have filed a complaint with the FCC and state attorney general.

They called me today 14 times when I did the reverse lookup it says Kansas City Kansas, Wyandotte County, a landline serviced by Birch Telecom of Kansas Inc. will not leave a message, and call will not go through to call back.

I got the same thing as you when I did the reverse lookup. They called today 14 times. left no messages and it says can not compete call when tried to call them back.

I answered this call on my cell phone and after I said hello twice, someone finally decided to speak.  She asked to speak to me, by mispronouncing my name.  After I corrected her pronuciation, she hung up without saying anything more.

I tried to call her back, and got a recording that the call could not be completed as dialed.

They called me at the crack of dawn and when I said I wasn't interested in government grants the bi*** hung up on me! When I called back i go that damn "the call cannot be completed as dialed". This is bull crap and I am determined to find out who these people are so i can give them a piece of my mind!

Received call at 8:30PM on the dot (per my cellphone), West Coast. No msg. My philosophy: if you dont leave a msg, you never called. I am afraid its some mortgage offer or scam.

I keep recieving harassing calls from the 913-529-2908 number starting this week. They know my name and tell me I have won a grant and they will send it out in a week to my mailing address which they already know. And all I need to do is after I get the information is send them $346.52 a processing fee. I told them I don't have that kind of money to give to them. They say don't worry you can pay it at anytime it's the only way I am going to get the grant.. then she asked if I had a checking account that the grant money could be deposited in once they receive the processing fee... I said yes but I'm not give it out and I hung up because I knew it was a scam.. Now they call me back everyday 5times or more. They hang up or they don't say anything. You hear other operators in the background talking though.

How do I get this to stop?

913-529-2908 keeps calling me. It's been going on for a week or so, and they would always call multiple times a day! And there would always be no message left. I got fed up with it, and finally answered, to see who the heck it was calling. Surpisingly, they asked for me. O_o I couldn't really understand the man, he had an Indian accent. He said that I had applied for a job online, and something about the government. The only time I did fill out a job application was for JCPenny. Then there was the call back number of 877-545-2147. Name: Chistopher Anderson.
My guess is somehow, someone got my info from the JCPenny application and called me.

They have called me 12 times in the last 6 days.  Never leave a message.

Many, many times a day...I let the machine pick it up, but it is very annoying.

These jerks called at least 6 times today. 3 times they rang the phone once and hung up1 Today is my day off from work and I have this! I will keep reporting them to the Do Not Call registry and if I have to I will find out who the governor of Kansas is and I will contact him or write to my Governor Jodi rell and see what she has to say. I am thinking of changing my phone number as long as it doesn't cost anything! Who do these people think they are? They were told "No!" once and only a child keeps coming back after the first no! These people are harrassing me by ringing the phone and hanging up on me. I will not stand for this!

If someone doesn't leave a message than its not important is the way I see it! I get the same calls from 913-529-2908! I am on the Do Not Call list also and I reported the number!

I agree! They called me last night at 8:30pm and then again this morning at 9am and asked for my boyfriend. My boyfriend already spoke to these jerks and told them he was not interested and here they are calling back once again and when I told him he was not home he hung up on me. I also tried to call back at the number on my caller id and it says that the number cannot be completed as dialed. This is obviosly a scam or why would the number you call say that! I reported them to the Do Not Call registry so I hope that will help! I am tired of telemarketers calling and waking me up. My boyfriend also works third shift,but he is pretty much a sound sleeper, but I am not!

Same number calls me non-stop! It is extremely irritating! I am a full-time student, but also put my resume out online--they probably pulled (more like harvested) my number from there. I now know not to bother answering the call--and am a bit happy it isn't a collector, etc...

These people have called before about govt grants and were told Not interested and they call yet again! I am so sick of these people! I am going to change my number to a non published number! This call came after 8pm and we are sleeping. My boyfriend works third shift and I work first and we were both sleeping and it woke me up as usual for this crap and they dont leave a message so it cannot be important! I will not answer any calls anymore that I dont recognize!
