On 4/13/08 I received a phone call from 913-529-2933.  The Caller ID said "Telephone Manag".  I didn't answer the call, and nobody left a message.  However, I noticed on another website "litigious consumers" referencing identity theft and "phantom" credit card debt collection agencies where this number among many others was listed.  (Other phone numbers contained on that list are:  213-710-8149 and 602-773-7236.)  There are a pages of unknown phone numbers with complaints against them.  Apparently, it doesn't seem to matter whether or not your number is on the "Do Not Call" list, because I receive calls from these numbers too.

Missed the call, called back, no answer.

Got a call from this number trying to sell healthcare, asked why they were calling people on the do not call list and the name of the company, They hung up on me.

Calls everyday won't say anything just holds the phone until they get tired and hang up. Really annoying !!!!!!!

Calls my cell phone several times a week.  Never leaves a message.
