I am they never say anything and it just hangs up when I answer

Called twice, first time with a survey about the Republican primaries. I said goodbye and hung up. The second time they called they hung up on me as soon as I answered.

It a company taking annoying survey. There out of Kansas City area.

I answered because it was a Kansas City area code.    A recorded voice wanted me to do a survey....so I hung up
