Good to know where this call just came from. the WFNNB is a horrible Financial Network to have any type of credit cards too. I have cancelled all that belong to that newtork and I have seriously thought about stop shopping at any places that use them just because of their bad Customer Service. I had an issue with them because my nice postal office returned my mail for 2 weeks. So I have had to go back an research everything that was returned. I called to try to work something out with because I had never been late on anything and they weren't willing to work with me. I owed them 100.00 and by the time I realize I had not received anything from them I sent a payment and got hit with another late fee so my balance now is over 200!!! All other financial institues I called were more then happy to help.

Horrible Horrible Place.. Now I know the number it will be added to the block list. I know my due date and I will be paying them off at that time.... Which is probably a good favor they did for me....  another debt paid off and goal is to be debt free by 2011!!!

I am going to report them to my state for not offering relief from payments. Before going into their aggressive collection tactics like borrowing money from your grandmother to pay them.

My wife did business with Brylane Homes through the catalog they sent.  The item came and was sent back. Suddenly, last year we started getting 4-6 times a week from World Financial Network National Bank.  There is a dispute with Brylane and she never applied for a credit card.  They can offer no proof she ever did. This has been going on almost a year.

got a call from this number, they service ann taylor accounts, never listen to anything you say to them.  they just keep calling even though don't have accounts with VS, Macys or Ann Taylor.

Keep getting calls from this number. They refuse to identify themselves! They are calling about my ex husband and I told them we have been divorced 4 years and live in different states but they keep trying to get info out of me. Is this legal they that wont tell me who they are? All that they will say is that its a business call.

It's a credit company. They handle accounts for Victoria Secret and other companies. World Financial.

I just want to know who called.
