I just got this exact same call from a Robin. Does anyone know what the job consists of? I'm frustrated with CareerBuilder because I have applied at a multitude of places over the last two months. Seems the only companies that truly receive my resume are the ones such as this.

I have a a interview there and was wondering what the job consists of and is it a sales tele marketing company like you have to make the sales to get the commission or pay# comment please

This company farms employees and tries to get them to sell to there friends and family. They telemarket anyone who has a resume online.

Is this a commision based job?

My question is though is this job sales?  I was contacted about a water tester position and I am interested in working, but wanting to make sure that this is actually real.

You were looking at the national website haguewater.com not one of the dealer websites.  The website for the Kansas City office is http://www.haguewaterkc.com.  and as the Topeka and Liberty offices are satellite offices they have the same website

Our national headquarters is in Bridgeport Ohio but there are nearly 260 dealerships worldwide.  The largest dealer in the US happens to be in Olathe Kansas.

I received a call from Rhonda about yes a sells job, which they didn't realize that I worked in their Overland Park office 4 yrs ago. My desk was next to one of their office suck a***s and she listened every word that is said on every phone call. I was let go because I would not harass the customers. They want to you keep on with their sales pitch even after the customer says no, you have a counter reply there is 11 different pitches for NO. if you don't stay on the script you get a write up, warning, mark. I just couldn't keep on begging for people to buy stuff they don't want, need or can afford. Its a HUGE waste of time. Unless you are a company kiss a** , and all companies have them!

I was told that it was guaranteed to pay $2000 monthly in addition to commission. As long as I arrive alive and can exit their door if I choose not to accept the position, I am going to the interview. Different people have their own views on the situation and instead of listening to the hear say, I'm going to see what it is about.... It can't be that bad but if so I can just say no...

Got a call from one number from a Barbara asking me to call another number, when I realized what company it was I had to come say my two cents worth...I tell you what, I've had this company in my home pitching their product, which is a ridiculous attempt at selling you a bunch of watered down cheap personal hygiene products as a bonus freebie that is included with your water softener, which by the way you only lease, and is also ridiculously expensive to purchase outright.  If you don't mind selling overprices products to people who cannot afford them just to make a buck, then by all means go work for this company.  If you can find people with plenty of money to throw around and that want to think they are getting a good deal with all the cheap shampoo and dishwasher soap, then go for it.

I worked for Hauge I did not enjoy the company they have me people who where no intrested but had been called over and over again 20 times a mo over 3 times aday. If you can't get old leads don't expect no ones people have been harassed how do you e spect me to get leads from people who have already said no 50 times And then they fire you

This is not a con job.If it was we would be out of business. This job may not have been meant for you but that does not mean that it is a "Con Job".

Every business has consumer complaints. We are a great place to work for and I am sorry this job was not for you, however it is a great opportunity. I work here and I believe this is a great place to work for I have worked here for many years now

I work for this company and I have for years it is a great place to work for. In this Economy I would think everyone would appreciate the fact that someone calls and offers jobs to people and will train them for a good opportunity to support themselves as well as their family.You do have to be motivated and put the effort in to make good money and how much you make is up to you

We do have a good review with the Better Business Bureau we would not be in business if what we did is illegal I guess there are some people out there that lack confidence and ambition.

Every business has consumer complaints we have thousands of customers and there are few complaints. This place offers jobs to people that is not a bad thing.

I got a similar call and I was curious as to why they were calling me as I do not have a background in sales so I went in for the interview and accepted the job it was different from what I am used to but I am glad I went the people are friendly and it is a comfortable place to work at.

They called me and offered me a job I took it and make great money. They train you and give you a career not just a job. It is a great place to work for.

This company offers jobs to people it is a wonderful place to work. The people are like family. It is not a con job, it is a small business with a great opportunity.

I have worked for this company for months it has been a highlight in my life sales was not my background but I    was looking for a new opportunity and a fresh start they never asked for any money from me to work for them I am not sure why you are saying it is a con job. I have been very happy with my income and am now able to provide for my family. I feel like some people in today's society are trying to find a reason not to work and just collect unemployment.That is half the reason our country is in the situation that it is right now. I took a chance at something I have never done or thought about doing for me but more importantly for my family it has payed ten folds. People should take job rather than complain about not having one

Thanks for all the info. I just got a call from (913) 254-9474 Hague Quality Water wanting to set up an interview. It is about 70 miles from where I live so I decided to look the company up and ran across this site. I'm glad I didn't make the drive

I received a call from the Olathe office...I had planned on taking off tomorrow for a couple of hours for the interview..I am extremely grateful that this information was on the internet...gas cost too much to waste to go out there for a business that does not sound legit. My resume does not consist of sales...however they highlighted on the fact for customer service..i choose not to get involved with this. The information I read about how they treat their employees is very alarming. I can't say don't invest your time but I do say do the research and make the decision yourself.

I got the same call from (913) 254-9474 about my resume on Career Builder which isn't connected with sales by any form. This number is located out of Olathe, Kansas and if you simply research the number the amount of results is a huge warning. This lady talked fast which made it hard to understand what she was saying but from what I gathered it was passed off as a Water Tester position. After a first glance at the website I noticed the "Become a Deal" and "Find a Dealer" which meant run. There is no page devoted to "Careers" of any sort which is a bad sign. I have no intention to go to the interview tomorrow that she was so happy to make. This all sounds fishy and after doing more research I found out this job is a commission based sales job, nothing like what she said on the phone. Be careful with this one, nothing about it sounds legit and if it doesn't sound legit at first glance I am not sure why anyone would consider it.
