This message from Raul Gonzales (razgonzy002@gmail.com) is a total scam. We just got the exact same request and further investigation proves this is a scam and not worth your time.

I have received 3 faxes with various dates. The top of fax page say unknown
He claims to be hearing impaired as the letter goes on so you will not think that the fax format is weird.

Dew just got the same email. We think its a scam as well why do we have to pay the carrier also for 980 where are they shipping it to? The moon?

Got a fax requesting for 250 spicy tuna rolls to be pick up by private carrier. The top of the fax says Fax87.com and the email address is dmills883@yahoo.com
I reply to his email just out of curiousity. And here's Mr. Mill exact reply
"Thanks for your email conversation I'm very happy to hear from you with the total cost of the order plus tax for my order and its okay by me. and i want you to add an extra $200 as a additional tip for the caters who will be making my order for that date I will want them packed in a to-go boxes.Meanwhile I would like you to add additional $980 plus the total price of the order so that you can have all that charged on my credit card now.The funds will be wire to the private carrier that will be coming for the pick up of the order at your restaurant in cash via western union money transfer. I would you to add it all together plus extra $90 western union service fee for wiring the ??$980.00 to the private carrier and let me know have the grand total price inclusive of the tax fee and the 3% credit card company charge fee for the transaction all together, so that i can give you my credit card to charge for the total. I will also like to know what type of credit card you accept for payment.Also am too busy with the planning of the event and some other things as well. Hope to hear back from you soon with the total ,so i can forward my credit card information and the carrier's information to wire the cash via western union transfer to them asap , so email me back with the grand total and i can send my card details"

I got this same fax. They also try to do this scam via relay phone call for hearing impaired. Same b.s. same con. Don't let the relay call crap fool you.

Flower bouquet ordering scam sent to fax machine of a florist in NC, from a Mr. Mill wanting to order 8 bqts of $200 each for his wedding, where he will send a courier to pick them up. Yeah, right.
