Same deal here. I have made repeated requests that they remove me from their list. They told me that since they're based in Costa Rica, they don't need to honor Do Not Call requests.

They've been calling consistently for over a week. Finally had someone answer today instead of elevator music and a hangup. It's You Wager.com with a promotion. I created this account in college and haven't made any bets on it in over 7 years but they keep calling.
