i got email that told me to call this number and i did and it is recording so i emailed them back and left them vmail saying it is scam i never borrow any money but this is the number and same exact email and amount of the other people on this site

The only thing that "seems apparent" is that the scammers can't even write a halfway believable email.  It's not legal to send "court documents" via email; also, you don't get notice to pay a debt and then told you'll be "legally prosecuted within couple of days".  It takes a lot longer than that to get a court date.  Failure to pay any loan back is not "prosecutable" - debt is civil, not criminal.  Your SSN is not "on hold" whatever the heck that means.  Oh, that's right, it means scammers are targeting you.

Report your scammers to the Internet Crime Complaint Center - ic3.gov.

I just love that! So. . . just how does one go about having their SSN put on hold? Does the US Government have some ex-wrestler get a grip on you?
