unwated call automated

This is one of the new tricks of telemarketers and collection agencies. They call and say nothing hoping you will call them back. If you do then you are initiating the contact and they can get around the Do Not Call list. Don't call them back, and definitely don't give them more phone numbers, like your cell phone number, that they can call and bug you at.

If it's that important, they will call and talk to you when you answer.

10:37A 12/12/2011 Left a VM stating if we wanted to opt out to press "3" but if we were willing to allow the company to place their sign in the front yard, they would install a home security system in our home for free - yes, that's right free - just press "1" to be a part of our program.

Calls on my cell phone, I don't pick up, they don't leave a message.  From what I read it's an automated subscription service.

These are hucksters! They call, leave no messages, and keep calling. The one time, when I was there to answer the telephone, I get "dead air"! Who knows how those scam artists think! The bottom line is that these telemarketers are up to NO good!

Received a call at 11:15 a.m. no message.  No idea who this is.  Based on the other mentions here with calls the same day and about the same call I will drop the idea that this call has any value.

Got a call from 914-339-9707. I did not answer and they left no message.  Therefore, I will not call probably a telemarketer.

Same as the others....call left no message.  I am on the no call list also......???

right now i understand that people are looking for jobs. Making calls may make some money. Does it make a living? Is it enough to make a living?

If they don't leave a message I wouldn't want to answer. If you are bill collector leave a message! If you are a tele give it up!

I got a call on my cell phone, which is on every no call list, from 914-339-9707, 11/13/11 at 9:19am. I called back(from my work phone) message said "WCA Subscription Services, we do not recognize your phone number, to remove a phone number from our list press 1". I entered my cell number and message says it will be removed within 7 days.

I got a call from this person around 11:45 AM on 9/13/11

I also got a call from this number on 08/19/2011.  The caller did not leave any messages.
