Just had the same phone call. Explained to him I never done an on line payday loan and that he needed to send me all this paperwork they have on file, didnt like that so he hung up. This is a scam because the previous day had a phone call stating I had been pre approved for a loan that I dis not even request.

I don't want these people to call me up again

I recieved a threating phome call from shaun White about them taking me to court. I don't want them to call me up no longer.

Called saying he was going to rape me saying he was the atturney general and that my husband and i would be arrested... i called the police and made a report... this guy is now under investigation and will soon be proscuted... please ifthis guy calls make a call the police report... he is trying to steal identities and your credit card info...

WE HAD A MAN CALL OUR PLACE OF BUSINESS ASKING FOR AN EMPLOYEE. THE MAN SAID HE WAS "MARK JOHNSON" FROM THE STATE INVESTIGATION DEPARTMENT. FUNNY, I'VE NEVER ENCOUNTERED A HINDU WITH AN ALL AMERICAN NAME. NO WONDER THESE PEOPLE OWN MOST OF THE BUSINESSES HERE, THEY HAVE SCREWED US BY BUYING UP OUR BUSINESSES, AND THEN SCREW PEOPLE OUT OF HARD EARNED MONEY WITH THEIR SCAMS. GO BACK TO INDIA, JERK WADS.

They called me stating I was going to be prosecuted for not paying a debt

I just got a call from a Nash Brown also saying the same thing.  I told him, that I will forward the info to my lawyer.  I then called back to get the address according to my lawyer, Nash Brown proceed to tell me NOT TO CALL BACK AGAIN!!!!  I will forward all this info to my lawyer.

I just received a call from the same npumber this morning.  When I told them I filed bankrucpty, he asked me what chapeter and he also asked for my lawyer name and number.  When I contacted my lawyer and she told me to get the address, I could barely understand what he was saying!!!!  Is ther any way, you can file harrassment against them?

I received a call from  Alex at this number stating I defaulted on a loan, I could barely understand him he told me I could be arrested and they would be calling my place of work to tell them what kind of person I was, when I asked to speak to a supervisor he hung up on me. He would not tell me the name of the company he worked for just that it was a law firm

This is a criminal extortion scam operating out of India. They are making the calls utilizing VOIP and the names of legitimate firms to make it appear the calls are originating from within the US. There is NO "company" or "debt" and you will NOT be arrested. They are harvesting and/or buying consumers' personal identifying information from unscrupulous websites like the one you may have filled out an application with, and you need to do whatever you can to protect yourself. This includes: Notifying the FTC: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/, placing fraud alerts with all three credit bureaus, notifying your bank and employer and letting these criminals know you are aware they are attempting to extort money for a non-existent debt and have alerted the authorities.

Same company has continually harassed my parents for 3 weeks, I finally call the number and get someone by the name of Nash Brown who said they are suing my name over a cash advance that I had supposedly taken out with Cash Advance America, they say they are with the debt resolution centers of New York and that they have a judgement against me, but could not provide me with my social or any other pertinent info...Do not give these people any information it is a scam, they backed up when I told them I worked for an attorney and if they had a judgement that I had yet to receive any documents from any court of law or be served with any type of civil summons to appear in court and they could sue my "name" all day long if they wished. If you give it right back to them they do back down and especially did so when I started throwing legal terms at them and asking for documentation that I had in fact taken this loan out and what address they had for me. If they ask you to confirm any info do not give them anything this is their way of gaining your personal information!

Ok, I have to put this in. I have a post from 3/6/13, offerring me a $3,000 loan. This morning I received a call on my cell phone stating there is a legal case pending against me and I am being arrested. Same Eric Foster, same exact phone number from last week when they offered me a loan. I called back and asked how they can offer me a loan one week, and threaten to arrest me the next. I was transfered to "a lead detective", and told 2 seperate companies use the same phone number. Cash advance and this investigations office. He wanted to know if I was going to make payment on the loan I have (of which I do not have), I told him no, and he stated he will see me in court tomorrow morning. Too funny. I told him good luck in getting a plane ticket to come to the states to see me in court. I also gave him my lawyers name and phone number as I have just been discharged through bankruptcy. This is a huge scam, if you are rude and stick to your guns they lose their temper and you will see exactly who you are dealing with. Keep them going as they try to do to you, it is actually fun.

Just received a call at my office from this number. Voice mail from Eric Foster, my loan application has been approved for up to $3,000, please call as soon as possinle to complete the transaction.

Too funny. I have not filled out any loan applications in the last 3-4 years. Went that route durring an emergency and learned my lesson well.

I have also been called by this Eric Foster saying I was default on a loan payment of $5000. and if I didn't pay they were going to file charges and a sheriff would be at my door with a warrent in hand.  Guess what if I agreeded to pay them $175. then the $5000. debt would be cancelled.  They must think I'm stupid to agree to anything like that.  The company that they say they represent is aware of their scam and is investigating them.  Please beware and be smart about things.  Block their number if you can.

This raghead calls my cell threatening my husband, a USMC vet, that he is going to jail and going to be sued for a payday loan. First off, its my cell hes calling. Second, everything is in my name, all the bills, everything, including the only savings acct we have. Last, my husband has NEVER gotten a payday loan in the 18 years we've been together and anything before that has run its course on statute of limitations. So I tell Al Bibbidy well I dare you to come on down here. We live in Texas. Everyone legally owns a gun. C'mon son, bring it. By the way, Im a medic for my city, it wont just be me youll have to go through. And since you wont tell me what other info besides the last 4 of his social that you have, Ill be watching my acct. If even one lonesome penny is touched, WE WILL COME TO YOU. He apologized and said thank you we wont bother you again.

This is a scam. It is not  debt collector. The VA loan officer told my husband to get some credit. So we went to a couple of known sites like creditcards.com and such. Ome of them sent his information all over the place. This company tries to extort money. I guess its profitable for them because they continue. If you get called by them, STAND UP AMERICANS AND PUSH BACK!!! WE DONT TAKE THAT HERE!
