Its very annoying to receive thse calls on a cellphone 2-3 times a day. Everytime I answer there is no response and the call gets disconnected. When I dial the same number I always get a fast busy tone. I dont care where its from & its not the caller's fault, the company needs to stop bothering people on their cellphones.

I have received approximately 4 phone calls from this number. Whenever I pick up there's nobody on the other end just complete silence

This number shows up on my caller ID on my cell phone a couple of times the past few days. Never leave a message. I also have my cell phone signed up for do not call.

This number has called my cell phone several times.  Also a man with an Indian accent telling me that he's calling regarding debt consolidation.  I told him never to call me again, but I received a missed call from them again today. the exact same number. And I can not call the number back.

Same here, got several call within the last several days.  First, from a man and then a lady, both with apparently an Indian accent or similar.  Seems like they are trying to sell their financial services even though in the phone call they were claiming to be a non-profit company.

I know right! I asked her how she got my number but she talked with heavy accent so i didn't quite know what she said. But she just won't quit anoyying me so i had to hang up while she was still talking s**t.

I don't think this even rings my phone, but shows up as a missed call.

Glad to see that I am not alone! I am getting calls like this from other numbers as well 646-713-8271, 626-666-6754. It is the same each time where there is no one there. I hang up as soon as I hear the pause since it is obviously a dialer doing the work. It is getting ridiculous!

Guy with deep Indian accent.  Totally confused - like he was on 3 or 4 calls at the same time.   Asked about Credit Card debt.  I asked him to identify his company and he said it was American Financial Services (NOT A CHANCE).
Asked him to never ever call me again.

I experienced the same call conversation as Delilah. I told the guy I didn't have any debts, but he then went on asking me about household members and if they had credit card debt. I finally told him I owed money to a booky and if he could help with that. hte guy totally didn't get the joke so I finally told him to stop calling my cel phone. This is when he tells me to "Chill!" How professional!!!

I answered this call to my cell phone, responder with thick accent after long pause states that they are calling from a "debt consolidation company" and do I have any outstanding debt from credit cards or loans.

Calls almost daily  rings once or twice then disconnects  very annoying.

Has anyone reported them to their state for harassment? Once they are told to be placed on the no contact list, then any calls afterwards are gounds for a lawsuit by the state attorney general.
I just got my first call & no one was there. I will file a complaint with the state if they continue. You MUST stand up for what is right & just!

Got a call from this number twice today - 5:15pm and 7:50pm - picked up, but there was no answer on the other end, so I hanged up after trying "Hello! Hello!" for a while... I had no idea other people get called by these apparently obnoxious people! I hope they'll never call me again!

Just got a call from this number (7pm EST, 3/4/08). I answered the phone and got no response, although it seemed as though someone was on the other end. I googled the number, like many folks here, and here I am. I am abolutely LIVID after reading all these reviews about this guy, I hope something happens to him!!!

Oh, I just filed a complaint on him at the Do Not Call Registry.

All of you should go to the national do not call registry and file a complaint against this number. It is the only way to stop them.

Surly Indian man asking for the home owner / owner of the property. Then asked if I had any credit cards. When I asked who was calling, they hung up. First call 5 minutes ago.

got 2 calls today from this number.  I couldn't understand the person who called my cell phone, heavy accent (I think Indian).  She told me my husband had a lot of debt and I just ended up hanging up on her.  Just received the second call about 5 minutes ago but they hung up.

First call from this number 5 minutes ago, missed it and thought it might have been someone I knew with a new cell #, so I called it back. Could not complete call message from Verizon Wireless, so I googled it to see who it might be. I didn't know others had this issue, hopefully this won't keep happening.

got calls from 913-248-1105 at 1:00pm and from 914-579-8159 at 5:30pm the same day, didn't pick up and they left no message, it's a scam according to all the web searches I've made.  isn't there a telecom law against this crap?  there should be, these morons should be hung from their balls in a public square.
