These guys keep calling my mother and telling her that hackers are trying to gain access to her computer.  She has asked them not to call her any more, but it doesn't stop.  

I called them and they immediately bounced me to their "legal department" whereby I got an answering machine.

I keep getting phone calls from this number--and  other numbers from this company..I get at least 20 calls a day from this company..I don't know who they are, how they got my number, or what they want..This is disrupting my life..It's one phone call after another..It's annoying and is a nuisance..How do you get them to stop?

To STOP these calls, do as follows: answer phone,(don't say hello), immediately start pressing any number about 15 times, then hang up. This appears to screw up their Robo Caller. I have tried on over 50 phone numbers and it does work. Only problem is they will start calling from another number on their list.
Yes, I'm on the "Do Not Call List" and it doesn't work, Just like the clowns running our government.

Pieces of s*** called me today. Actually asked me if I was calling about bla bla bla when they called me! I said "I don't know what this is about" and they hung up?

I tried to call this number back and a nice voice gave me three options press 1 to talk to someone and 2 to have my phone number removed (which i have done numerous times to NO avail) or press 3 to leave them a message  ~  so i pressed 1 and then heard music for a very short time and then an obnoxious squeal and then they disconnected the phone connection !
i assuming that this number is connected with phone number 914-594-9023 that called me today and by accepting the call found out that the name of the company (i use that term loosely) is Card Member Services and that they are calling for Visa & Master Card to lower my interest rate (only if i have $3,000.00 or more on my card)  they wanted my card number and amount i owe
i called my CC company and of course they know nothing about this company - the lady i talked to checked that i was still on the National Do Not Call List (i was) and so she filled out the form with the government Do Not Call List complaint and told me that each time i get a call to talk to them and try to be very nice and get as much information from them as i can and then report it
either google - National Do Not Call List complaints or go to this site  www.complaints.donotcall.gov and it will walk you through the steps to file a complaint  -  the only way i can see to get these scums from calling us is to flood the government with complaints !!!!!

Even if your answering machine picks up, they know that you have a valid phone number. Very little can be done to stop this harassment. The Do Not Call people are trying to find "Rachel" but rather have not been able to catch them or, as I believe, know who it is and still building their case against them before charging them. What surprises me is that anyone is still falling for this scam, yet I would assume that if they keep doing it somebody is falling for it.

I have received numerous calls from this automated number about "lowering my credit card rates".  Calls are received on my cell phone at all different times.  Finally, I decided to play and dialed "1" to speak to someone.  First thing I got was some loud Arican American woman who only asked " Sir" what would you say is your total credit card debt?"  I then responded that I will not provide you with any information.  Iwas about to tell them to take my number off their call list when she abruptly hung the phone up.

TnID.us reports this is a Verizon landline number coming back to Card Services out Fairview Park,New York.

In my line of work, I know a scam a mile away.  DO NOT give these people or any other non-solicited phone call any information.  If in fact this number is coming from NY, they will only set up shop in another flee bag apt with a new number.

Do not give these people anything should you receive a call from this number.  It is a criminal scam in an effort to get information from you and then you'll be a victim of identity theft,  SCAM!

I keep getting calls for this number, have left messages to not call me back as I have no credit card balances multiple times.

Called 11/29/2012 at 12:05 PM.  My phone company's anti-solicitation service automatically intercepts these calls every time, but they keep calling from other numbers.

I too have been getting calls from 914-594-9052 at least 6 or more times a month for at least six months.  They offer to lower your credit card rates.  Every time they call they are VERY EMPHATIC that THIS IS YOUR FINAL CALL.  That's a laugh.

The only choice they give you is to press 1 to speak to an operator.  They used to say to press 9 to be removed from their calling list which never worked.  Now they don't even give you that choice.

If you do press 1 and speak to an operator and tell them to stop calling you, they hang up on you.

One time they asked for the bank my credit card was with, what kind of card and the number..  When I asked, "Well if you're calling me to lower my rate, why don't you already know that?", they hung up.

Another time I asked what company they were calling from, they hung up.

Now when I see this number when the phone rings, I just pick up the phone and hang up right away to avoid the voice mail picking up the recording.

I have to think this is a scam to get you to give them you credit card number and use it.

If anyone knows who to write to about this, please post it.  I will do some research and post what I find if I find some useful information.

I AM on the Do Not Call Registry which has cut down on most junk calls but these people are obviously circumventing that list

You don't seriously think you're off their list now just because you asked nicely?  If you think that, you are delusional.  If anything, you will get MORE calls now because you interacted with them.  And since calling people who are on the DO NOT CALL list is completely illegal, these honorable people who are "just trying to make a living" according to you, are BREAKING THE LAW!  It's like saying a burglar is only trying to make a living.  Grow up, little do-gooder, and realize that these robo-calls are a plague in this country and those who work for these companies are doing something despicable.  I've never seen a McDonalds that wasn't hiring.......let them go work there!

I don't answer the phone anymore at all these days. It isn't worth the trouble. If someone legitimate wants to get a hold of me, they'll leave voicemail and I can call them back.

The first time you answered, and worse yet allowed them to talk to you, you let them know that they called a valid phone number.  They then sell the number to the industry.  You open your phone to more calls.  )-:
It has gotten to the point where I just don''t answer a call that I don't recognize.  Let them leave a message if it is important. I have had this number in my family for over 70 years.  If it wasn't for that I would change my number and start over...

Pay no attention to the Jose behind the curtain. He has been posting this information for months, long before they took down Ambrosia and the other 4. He obviously has a vendetta and is trying to inflame the people here and get them to do his dirty work for him.

The company behind this is Ambrosia Web Design based in Mesa Arizona.  The key player is a Chris Ambrosia but his information is well hidden. However related to the wonderful Chris Ambrosia  in Mesa is Lynette A Ambrosia and her cell number is 480-507-8801.  Caveat I cannot verify this but you have to wonder how many Ambrosias are in Mesa Arizona.  It would be nice to find a way to bother these people as much as they have bothered us.  Perhaps calling Lynette will piss her off enough that she will tell her relative Chris to put a stop to bothering people.

How naive of the earlier post "be happy".  These blood sucking vultures have no right to invade my privacy as I am on the do not call list.  If they choose to violate my wishes they get it back.  I called several times and left offensive and abusive messages.  Let's see which method works based on how may more calls each of us receives!  Can not to hear from you "be happy"

You are So right!  I have also had close to 100 calls from "Rachel" from dozens of different numbers.  Press 1, press 9 to be removed, nothing works.  I have had my phone and answering machine turned off for months.  I check the caller ID when I get home, otherwise, I don't answer it.

register with the national do not call registry.  after 48 hours if you still get calls file a complaint.  File a complaint every day you get a call.

They told me that there was nothing like the "Do Not Call Registry" that it just gives more telemarketing companies my number.  I tried to talk to her but, of course, she hung up on me.
