I have received 2 phone calls from these people. The first time they called I told them I was not interested in the compensation and not to call me again. Today I received the same call from 856-800-9981 and they said they were calling from a Medical Department of Texas on behalf of Godley Hospital/Godley Medical Center. WELL, Godley's polulation is very small and there is not hospital OR medical center. I told them I had already asked them once not to contact me and this time when I asked them not to call me again the man on the other end proceeded to tell me I was wasting his time and he was going to report me.... OKAY who are you going to report me to? He then calls me a "F'ing B" and says "F you". He actually said the whole words. I do not speak like that and was highly offended. I am so mad right now and am just wondering who I should call to report these guys.

I keep getting the same calls, sometimes multiple times per day.  I get them from various numbers.  The last two calls - on the same day - were from 773-878-9901.  The caller has a thick Indian accent, and I can barely make out what he is saying, but he keeps talking about my use of Yaz, which I have never used.

What is going on?  Argh...........This # keeps calling me sometimes twice a day.  I don't pick up and they don't leave any messages.

They called me last week to know if i or anyone i know had used birth control pills as were calling regarding some medical compensation buruea. he wanted to know if i or someone i knew had used birth control pills. i got upset and asked for the supervisor. i told him he can not solicit as i am on the do not call list. the supervisor said they are just doing a survey, and i said that is incorrect. i said take me off the list and he did not understand what it meant - he lept insisting it was just a survey and got into an argument with me. i told him i will complain to FCC, he said go ahead do it - he has 10 more lines that he can call from.

Some form of restraint need to be enforced against these people....Somebody or some company is paying them to do this......There must be a phone bill to be paid with all the calls they are making.....Man from India talking about yaz and then hanging up....

STOP CALLING - my birth control is NONE of your business.  Maybe you should spend your time doing something good and helping people instead of scaring young woman with your lawsuit b***s***.  I am always amazed that there are these healthcare lawsuits. Maybe if you provided ALL THE FACTS AVAILABLE like weight, age, smoker - maybe there wouldn't even be law suits. I am POSITIVE there are warnings for health risks when you make the decision to go on birth control.

I get calls from this company daily. Different numbers but same thing, Medical Department for Yasmin. I have asked to remove my number, I have never even used yasmin. This time i asked for the physical address & name of the company. They gave me a bogus address in TX. He asked me why I wanted it, I told him I was filing harrasement charges, he told me my harrassement charges can "suck his XXXX". I called the number listed for that address, it is incorrect, some childrens hospital. I will find out who this is!!!!!

This idot called my wifes cell phone numerous times.  When she answered, he kept saying that she took Yasmin in 2001 and had a blood clot.  When she said no, he became verbally abusive.  She then proceeded to give him the business.  I tried to call this number back and cannot get through.  This guy is fishing for info.

I received a call yesterday and again today while at work.  I am 61 and have never taken birth control pills.  I thought I had telemarketers blocked.  It must not work.  Sheesh!  Leave me alone and let me do my job.

Just got a call from 1-914-940-1150.  Caller ID says the name is Nagar Jignesh.  Didn't answer and don't intend to.  I've utilized the national 'do not call' registry places for both the home and cell phones.  Don't know how to put an end to these calls but seriously tired of them.

Not sure who these jokers are, but in the last 48 hours, they've called 6 times. Never leaves a message. If its something that important, they can leave a message. Otherwise, I'm not answering

omg. for a while i thought i was just the only person being harassed by this number. he/she keeps calling me but i never answer calls from people not on my contact list! but thanks guys for sharing that you too have had the same number calling them... this number calls like several times a day. and thankfully I havent answered any of it.. I was thinking that if the call was something important, he/she would leave a message.. hope this caller stops bothering us all!

This number has called me three times and every time a Indian man has tried to talk about YAZ.  I told this man that if he calls this number again that I would file a complaint with the local pd and call the fcc.  This seemed to work as the man acknowledged or I think he did that I wasn't messing around.  I did file a complaint with my telephone carrier though!!!

Someone call from this number on 1/23/13; did not leave a message. I don't have anybody leaving in this part of he country or that has this number so after reading these posting this might be scam. Let fight against scan, they destroy people.

They called me at 6 am!! I straight up asked why are you calling me and he just kept saying "hello"

They keep calling even after I have told them to stop. I am turning them into the state attorney general.  I am on a DO NOT CALL and they still continue to call.

Why don't you all call or write to the" Attorney General", that's who takes care of these types of situations..........

The person I spoke to sounded like someone from India, asked why he was calling, he hung up took his phone off hook.  Guerss he didn't want to be bothered with annoying calls............

My daughter has terminal cancer CCCC. She is home because nothing can be done by the Huntsman Cancer Center and/or the University of Utah Medical Center. She has had multiple strokes resulting from the Chemo treatments. She has only two or three weeks of quality time with her family.

We keep getting phone calls to her cell phone, telling us (with a very thick accent from somewhere in the Far East) that they know my daughter had a stroke and want to give us money. I told them not to call us! They threatened to increase their calls to my daughter until we accepted what they wanted.

The first call came in on January 22 at 2:23 pm. THIS NEEDS TO STOP!

An indian accent guy kept calling my mothers house.She would not answer. Finally answered and asked for my ten year old daughter. Very creepy and i would like it to stop! What a pervert!!!!

They call multiple times a day and sometimes accidently leave voicemails that is some man talking to someone else in a forien language. They mainly call while Im at work, so I dont ever answer but I think one day I will answer and flip out on these people! They need to stop calling. From the looks of all these other complaints, I have no idea why they would be calling me.

Some man wit a accent keeps callin from that number. He says hes says hes tryin to collect s debt n thay I broke the law n im gonna  be put n jail. When I asked him details he started yellin at me. I hung up, he called again n I yelled stop callin me

Just started getting the calls over the past few days 1-2 times daily.  This morning it started at 6:42am.  I have changed my vm greeting to generic in hopes to bore these jokes & I never answer a # I do not recognize.

This stupid number is used by a man that is in speeddate , his name there is mike Trium, 61 yrs but he's not that age.. But when he call he call from this number , i don't know why the authorities , doesn't do nothing about this kkind of people ....  And how they do it to get in to this system ,...... They ate fakers !     Speed date should be law suit, by ppl like me that this men fool .....

They have called claiming to be a medical compensation company for drugs I have never taken. Now they are calling at 6 in the morning and waking the entire family. Is thete any way to so this?

Another call on 1/17.  I read him the riot act and told him he was breaking the law.   He claimed it wasn't him (or anyone else with hiim) and they were completely unaware of any law.  I wonder if this is why these calls can't be stopped - they are using equiptment which makes it appear they are calling from New York but aren't under US juristiction because they are  actually off-shore.

Bogus Indian sweatshop has called me at least 50 times asking for the same person.  Sometimes they leave a threatening voicemail that the person they keep asking for has had legal complaints filed against them.  It is all BS with unknown intent.  These crooks should be shut down.

annoying phone calls once or twice a week. Indian accent person talks . This should stop..
