got the text last night from this number. I can only think that its one of those ones where if I respond to that number,
someone in another country can charge my phone $300/ hr and there will be nothing I can do about it.

I got the text message for $1000 BestBuy gift card also. Apparently I won prize in a contest I never entered. I'm not the idiot they think I am.

I received the same text message, and I simply replied "Do not text this number, please." I'm sure it's a scam, although, I was surprised to see the trademarked, "Bestbuy" in the website that was given. Either way, I don't trust the anonymity of the whole deal. Who gives away 1000 $1000 gift cards without there being some kind of catch?
