I got a call today from this number claiming that they were ABC Debt collectors and wanted me to verify all of my personal information to them, my response to them was you called me and I am not verifying anything unless you tell me exactly why your calling........Caller refused and hung up......Bahahaha I know what bills I have and if you can not tell me why your calling and you want me to verify all of my personal info and you will not even tell me the reason your calling.....They must seriously think that I am crazy (NOT)........

This number calls about 10 times a week. They never leave a message. Even call at 3 in the morning. Don't know who they are and refuse to answer numbers I'm not familiar with so they are wasting their time. Wish they would stop.

This number only calls on Fridays claiming I owe money to pay up or go to jail I told them to do what ever they wanted the caller got mad and hung up

I got a call this afternoon from that number. The voicemail said I need to call IMMEDIATELY about a consumer business account with their client & it is crucial I contact them ASAP. I don't have any business accounts that I know of! Did anyone else get this?

They have been calling me every single day without fail for months. No message ever left.

They are telemarketers selling "diabetic testing supplies"!! They still call me EVERY DAY..& NEVER leave a message! I'm ready to go after them for harassment!!

Called my cell today 12/11/2013 @ 3:20pm did not answer, no message was left. They blow my phone up at least three times a day it usually says "unknown 1-915-799-0300" and private callers get no love from me so I don't answer

Just a received a call from this number, the number that appeared on my caller id was Aguire M, the young lady asked for me and after I asked who was calling, the name of the company and where they were calling from she said im sorry I'll call back later. Of course I googled this number and of course scams were generated. I called back and they hung up on me. This can be comical at times but very annoying as well. I put this number on my Metro Block it App so that any future calls can be stopped and I also made an FTC complaint.

Should answered by saying hello Aguirre M How are you.  Hahahaha

I got this call asking for someone I do not know.  I would be like take me to court as debt has a timeline on it and you will not get anything if it is over 4 years since your last use of a card.   Good Luck

Called and the Called ID said Aguirre M, didn't answer, didn't leave a message.

got a call from this number earlier today but no one spoke when i answered.
sent the second call to voicemail and they didn't leave one.

I got this call on 10/8/13 (915-799-0300), caller ID reads: AGUIRRE M. I picked it up and the caller did not say anything so I hung up.
From all the previous posts this is apparently a third party debt collector. I have NO debts, so why the call?

Allied data is a debt collecter. They are not a scam but do go about collecting a debt the wrong way by threatening to take action by a certain deadline. They call from at least 6 different numbers but never leave a message I guess in hopes that you'll just answer the call.

A scamming debt collector.  Claimed to be trying to collect a two year old debt to a business that I have never heard of, for merchandise shipped to an address I have never heard of

Interesting info--the area code is from the Anaheim, CA.  BUT doing a reverse number look-up I get the following info

"Phone Type: Cell Phone
Location: EL PASO, TX"

I am suddenly getting phone calls from this number and the "M Aguirre" caller ID.  Interesting that when I checked on another phone number from Anaheim, CA here, I was told it was from  Allied Data.  So my feeling is that since I do not answer calls or return calls from numbers I do not know, that "they" (whomever they are)  must think that i will answer a call from a "person".  Well guess again.  I don't know you nor the number I am not going to answer the phone.  I do not know anyone in either El Paso or Anaheim so I will continue to hit the "mute" button when "they" call.

Pretty sure it's a debt collector as I am in severe debt. I also am now disabled and this harassing debt collector will never see a penny from this debt. Social Security is untouchable by debt collectors. So sorry M Aguirre as I will never answer any unknown call or known debt collector like you. So you won't get a chance to threaten me with your lame attorney line. I laugh knowing you purchased my debt and at the very least my original creditor was able to get some money. You on the other hand just helped pay some of my debt. Keep wasting your time trying to collect as that brings me a bit of joy every time a phone call comes in.

This is being posted for anyone and all to see and whoever this M.Aguirre is that shows up on my caller I.D., this morning is the apparently the same individual who is responsible for all of the complaints on this blog of website of complaints.
     
                        I don't know who this is and no one left any message and I am guessing by all of these complaints from this so called M. Aguirre, that this person is calling people randomly all over the United States. I believe that this a prank call from someone who is out to make a quick buck.
                       I went online today and typed in the person's name as well as the telephone number and up came a RED Flag on this person!!!!!

Just got this call. Decided to answer although I didn't know the number so I didn't say anything.. the lady stuttered a few times saying "he-he-hello..?" then quickly Hung up the phone as if it creeped her out! Thought it was funny if i do say so myself.

I get called by this number at least 3 or more times a day. It is a scam to try and scare people into giving money. I have reported these calls to the BBB, The Federal Trade Commission and also the FCC. I just found out about the FCC and from what I am told they are the people to call...

They have been calling me daily on my cell and home phone for about a week w/ the same threathing msg. They msgs stated that if I did not return the call 5pm they would be forced to take action against me. This is a total scam. Don't comfirm any info w/ them. I do a lot of shopping and bill pay online and I'm sure they got my info from that some how. Deny everything they ask you or better yet dont answer...They will stop calling eventually and move on to the next victim. Hope this helps.

The lady that called me was very clear, and stated that I was in breach of contract with the parish I live in. I have NO contracts with anyone. I mean she was very firm and adamant about me calling her back but did not leave a phone number. But she sure does scare me!!!!

got this call at 4pm cst.  the caller id stated M Aguirre.  I know no one by that name so I did not answer it.  They did not leave a message.

A woman left a message (could barely understand her) that she was with Allied Data, claiming that she needs a brief statement regarding a claim against me that has my name and social and that if my attorney or me didn't call by 5 they would be force to  do something, whatever it is I could not understand. Even the number she left could not understand her. Not sure who they are, what they want and the fact that I have not received anything in the mail, not sure what to think.

So caller if you are reading this, please have people that speak proper English and at least sound half-educated call with threatening calls. You intimidation tactic is not working for me! Have a nice day!

I have received two calls from this number saying I need to call or have my attorney call before they take action against me...I have no idea who this is or why they are calling me.......the worst thing I've ever done was get a speeding ticket..... How can I make these calls go away....it is starting to really upset me
