I received a call from this number, but I don't answer calls I'm not familiar with.
One rule I live by, never EVER do business over the phone! Get it in writing if it sounds right, and mail them a money order to the exact address on headline letter. Never EVER provide bank account info, or credit card info over the phone.
My last rule is, if you can't speak clear English, I'm not going to talk to you!

No reputable lender is going to lend you money over the phone. Prepayent fees for loans are illegal in most states anyway.
Anytime you receive a call form an Indian accented person offering you ANYTHING you know , or should know, that it's a scam.

That Mother f**ker got me too! Gave hime $190 for a FDIC and suposedly the loan amount of $5000 was too much to be deposited! Knew it was a scam when I got a call from his number and suposedly it was someone from my bank saying my deposit was denied bc of previous fraud situations since 9/11! I called it back and who other than Robert costin answered the phone! I said... Thought this was the number from which my bank contacted me? He says... It was someone from their financial department who contacted me. I should've went with my first instinct and never sent him the money! I could kick myself for falling for it! Dammit boy!!!! He needs to be put easy for this s***!!!
