Anna Johnson just called me and I know that this is a scam because I got the same call from two different people at two different numbers about the same issue. They are scam artists and can't do anything to you. I just ignore the calls and when I need a laugh, I listen to the voice mail.

Thanks for having all this information. These guy's call me all the time. The name I'm given is Brandon Biddle. Heavy Indian accent. I just sms'd him with a nasty MSG.

I just received a call from Steve Sebastian with the same claim. that I took a loan from them, and defaulted, and they are going to serve me with a court order, suing me for $8000.00.

Most definitely fraud and they call from numerous different numbers so if they call notify the state attorney generals office, the us attorney generals off as well although not necessary if you do the states and for sure the FTC. I just got off the phone with the FTC to add more info to my complaint and the representative confirmed with the additional information i provided that it is for sure a scam and fraudulent. Whatever you do don't give these people anymore info than they already have and put a fraud alert on your credit report just to be safe. The FTC has told me also that they recommend you do not talk to these people at all.

Steven Sebastian called me claiming to be from and Orange County Law Firm, he read me an affidavit claiming I owe 741 dollars to a loan company. This is complete bull, I had gotten one of these calls about 2 weeks ago, so I knew wat was going on. Dont fall for these scammers!!!!! Simply tell them you are going to report them to the U.S. Attorney Generals office, and they will shut up and stop calling, good luck. Also call ur State Attorney Generals office and file a complaint.
