Second time I got a call from this number - recorded message left me a message saying someone is filing action against me for a note and my drivers license -
They didn't leave a name or company info
- just a number to call back

It's a SCAM - if u get a call from this number to don't call them back - it's a scam - bogus fraudulent company

If they were a real debt collector and if you could get their real name and real physical address you could. (So, in other words: No.)

I am getting their call every now and then. I told them I am not the person they are looking for but every time they say that your number is removed but still they call me.
Today they left a message that a company has filed collection for me and this is a legal notice :). Can i sue them for leaving others private message on my number?
