This? number keeps calling my house .. My wife called it back and he was very nasty with her!! How do we get this to stop

Call every 20 min. Some Indian  accented man saying my loan was approved. I told him I didn't apply for any loans and he hung up. Called back 16 more times. Finally I answered and explained that the calls were becoming harassing and to stop calling this number as it was on the do not call registry. They still keep calling about 15 more times every day. What a joke these idiots are

Have been getting hammered recently.  These are the latest scumbags.

I've had the exact same number calling me all day non stop. they even went as far as to call my work telephone and say they were with the attorney general's office and they gave me a phony case # and phone# to call and even started calling back and getting extremely rude when i refused them any money. i even  (*67) called them back and i got a woman's answer machine. the man said his name was Micheal Brown and i had to call Brian Jackson.

Payday claiming they are looking for a mark morris and won't take our number off the list saying it is his number. real creeps

Repeatedly calls offering payday loan. Says will remove my number but they do not. This a  fraud scam of some sort as I did not apply for a payday loan on line, the caller could not give me my name when I asked, said only phone number comes up. Speaks broken English.

This caller repeatedly calls. I have requested they not call but they continue.

They called by 1/2 dozen times in the last hour, put I didn't pick up and don't plan too.  

It is illegal period to ask for money upfront on a loan.

Please do file reports with the FBI, your state attorney general and Department Of Justice,FTC & FCC..

Do take note that some of the federal websites are down until whenever they get it together and go back to work. Might take awhile to get some of the reports filed.

US payday loans   scam me out of 110.00 thyem they say need more money this time it was 199.00 so i sent it  on a green dot moneypak card   and the next day they called and say i did not get  becouse the RIS take my money for back tax  and i say to them i do not own any tax on any thing  and he got really mad  and try to get even more moneying off me  his name was mr miller the namber was 1 916 288 8008 EXT 123  

Got a call from 916-288-8008 today since that's what the caller ID showed. I don't know anybody with that number so I did not picked up. Then the same number called several times throughout the day. I did a quick Google of the number and found this page. Glad I did not pick up.

This number calls me everyday multiple times a day. Then even call from similar numbers all saying the same exact thing! Asking me about payday loans i may have and then offering me to clear a payday loan. I've told them repeatedly to take my number off the list and stop calling. I finally asked for a manager and was told i could talk with him. Then i got called a b*tch! Very unprofessional and rude! No way is the business legit!

I was scammed from USA Payday loans as well. Called me from 916-288-8008.  Gave me an address of 1515 K street, ste 200, Sacremento, CA. I didn't think it was a scam initially because I have obtained payday loans on line previously and they have worked out fine i.e. check n go, etc. But I need a larger amount for car loan repairs unexpectedly.  I was told to show proof I had the first payment and I needed to loan the money to a green dot money card.  Should have known because red flags were going up but she informed me the money would not be taken off the card they would only do a verification of funds, so I did not think much off it at that point.  When they called back stating I needed to pay an additional 225.00 to process the bank transaction fees I knew then fully I had been scammed.  I explained I was not paying upfront cost and did not want the loan so refund my money back to green dot.  They said they bank with Chase and Chase charges a transition fee to send funds outside of the bank.  Then they offered to contact chase via 3way for the call.  I said please do.  They called "Chase" Bank someone (Indian Accent) claimed to be chase representative and give id number and batch number.  I also bank with chase and when you speak with the representative they don't do all that.  I called them later on their bluff and explained if my money was not loaded back I was filing charges.  They claimed they were going to load the money back I needed to fax over my receipt to show proof the I purchased the card.  I refused to do and explained I was filing for investigation with money dot to refund the money on the card.  The company then stated they were trying to refund me my money and would load it back to the card.  Never again.

This company is completely fraudulent.  Do not give them any personal information.

We have had many calls from this number. They even went so far as to tell a member of my family to go f*** himself. When they started trying to get me to pay a security deposit I said no I'm not interested and he got mad and hung up on me. Only to wait a few minutes and then call right back..

Keep getting a phone call from these people and when I tell them that they have the wrong number, they turn around and say I understand I have the wrong number but the right person.  Can someone please explain to me how you can have the wrong number but right person? Ready to call the cops and file a report, tired of being harassed.

USPAYDAYONE.COM, SO THEY SAID.  I WAS SCAMMED FOR 200.00 AND THEN THEY WANTED 299.00 MORE DOLLARS.  THEY SAID THAT THEY WERE A LENDER AND THAT EVERYTHING WAS BEING RECORDED.  I ASKED FOR A REFUND, BUT WAS TOLD TOO BAD, I DON'T CARE IF YOU CANT FEED YOUR CHILD.  INDIAN ACCENT WHO ASKED ME TO GET A GREEN DOT PAPER CARD AND SCRATCH OFF THE BACK WITH THE NUMBER.  AUSTIN, SO HE SAID ASSURED ME THAT HE WAS LEGIT BECAUSE I WAS QUITE FRANKLY VERY APPREHENSIVE, BUT NONTHELESS, I STILL WAS FOOLED.  LIVE AND LEARN.  MAN, AM I SO DISGUSTED!!!!!
