Calls with no message, repeated often, early morning Saturday calls

I have received calls from a company called "Maximum Security" located in Sacramento, CA. I allowed the person to contact me and asked for her name. "Dana". She stupidly gave me her cell phone number in case I needed to call back which is 916-617-7461. I told her if her company calls me again to harrass me, I would be returning the favor to her at her cell phone. I haven't received a call since.

Daily calls. Either hang up or no message to voicemail. When dialing back answerer hangs up.
