Was sick and when I woke up had a voicemail. Listened to it and tried to call back to leave a message, all I got was a beep. Got another call this morning and I called back. They said that I had taken out a payday loan online and failed to pay it so fraud charges were being filed against me. He then went on to say that the case file would be forwarded to my local police department at 11:30 and I would be arrested at 12:30. I then told him I was calling my lawyer and hung up. Found out that there is no way anyone could go to jail for failure to pay otherwise everyone who missed a car or house payment would be in jail and everyone who got their house forclosed on would be in jail. The worst they could do for failure to pay is a civil action. They haven't called back again like they did yesterday, but it's 12:46 and no cops here to arrest me.

Got a call from 9165389113, left a voice message.  Could not understand most of what he was saying, sounded like he was Indian or something. Said that I have a case against me cause I owed money for a loan I defaulted on. I never even received a loan...he ended the message with good luck.  Whover they are they are the ones that are going to need the luck, I filed a complaint with the fcca.

The guy hung up on me, i then called the number back and said why did u hang up on me if its important. And he said u have a debt and i said i just paid the company and he replied that it doesnt matter who i paid i need to pay this off and i said what company are you representing then because i am not paying it twice and he was silent, i then said hello and he replied with when u ask a question ill talk and i said i just asked u a question and normally when someone asks a question there is an answer that follows and he hung up on me

I got a call from a guy David Jones stating he had to talk to me about a legal matter, i was at wrk so i took the number down to call back.
I called the number back a man from india answered the phone and said hello and i said i got a call from u guys earlier and the guy asked for my name and said that there is an arrest warrant out for me and i said for what and he said an outstanding debt and he was with a law firm i said what law firm and he said russell miller. I said well if u are with a law firm wouldnt u be answering the phone like all law firms answer the phone the proper way and he got defensive and started be a dick, excuse my language.

've received the same calls. He says his name is Ricky. He says they are pressing charges against me but when I call back he doesn't answer
..he's been calling at least 30 times a day.

This Man -- David keeps calling me even after I have nicely requested he stop!!  now I am not being so nice-- He stated he is serving me with papers tomorrow-- I told him please do sir and DO NOT CALL ME AGAIN-- I am blocking number from my cell now as they call it 25 plus time a day for last two days

Received a call today from this number.  Man's English was very bad so I coulnd't understand 100% of what he was saying.  I did catch that he was with Gerald and Jackson Law Firm and that I failed to pay an application fee for some kind of Pay Day Loan.  If I didn't pay fee immediately I would be arrested on Friday and that my life and my family's lives are in danger.  Really?!?

this asian guy called and was saying something about charges against my ss#.i told him that whoever he works for had better be ready to waste alot of the money they are scamming people out of.cause if it has not been in the last month,the state of texas can testify to my where abouts for the last 29yrs.

You can do things to, I don't know, let 'them' know that you are on to them.  They are overseas.  Not only can they escape prosecution under US laws, they cannot do the same to you - *in sum* their threats are meaningless.

I would continue with the complaints - I believe that their sources of personal consumer information have a variety of US sources and the complaints might eventually lead to some domestic prosecution...- and I would let caller ID be my guide - if you don't like what it tells you, don't waste your time.  Let the goons talk to your answering machine.

REcevied calls from a 916 538 9113 claims to be Shaun  white from federal law firm and asked if I had a lawyer ,blocked him from the number he called me from the frist time a 916 number and put a block on all private calls and restriced calls  .

I got a call from this.number today saying that i owed cash advance usa 470 immediatly or i would be taken to jail in california friday i asked him when this.took place and the number i need to call to find out the information about.this "loan" he was silent the first few times i askee and the last time he replyed with "i dont remember" i was asking.too many questions so he hung up on me. i looked up the phone number and it is a mobile number from india.

Scam, threatening to have me arrested for unknown. Demanding my lawyer or myself call back. This is part of a ring in California.

I KEEP GETTING THREATENING PHONE CALLS FROM THIS PHONE # CLAIMING I'M GOING TO BE ARRESTED IF I DON'T PAY  A PAYDAY LOAN, WHICH I DID NOT BORROW. THEY SAY THEY ARE AN  ATTORNEYS OFFICE AND WANT ME TO VERIFY MY SS#. WHEN YOU DON'T THEY START YELLING THAT I'M GOING TO BE ARRESTED. HE WOULDN'T ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS ON WHO I SUPPOSEDLY OWED THE MONEY TO. ALL I COULD HEAR WAS BACKGROUND NOISE AS YOU WOULD IN A CALL CENTER.

Same here. He said something about a criminal charge. When I told him I didn't know what he was talking about he told me to be at my house in the morning and someone was going to haul me away to the doghouse.

I came home and got a message too from Shaun White threatening to call or have my attorney call. If I don't call he can only wish me good luck. I called back. Left a messge. Then I called again and someone else answered. I asked for Shaun he said he was with legal. I went off on this guy and told him not to ever call me number and threaten me with a scam or I would have the police on him so fast his head would swim.

I recieve a phone call from this number and told me he name was Shaun White saying that someone is going to charge me about some money I supposedly owe. Then he ask me about my social security number

I have received multiple calls this week from this number.  Same deal as "Lee".  They leave a message, which I can't understand due to the broken English.  The caller gives a name of a person they are trying to get in touch with and then also says something about a lawyer.

I am not sure who it is.I cant under stand a word he is saying. I can tell he is asian, terrible broken english.the call is from california it was placed at 5  oclock am there time
