I just read on another site that this is an alarm company and our numbers must have been on a list of #s of people to call in the event of the alarm going off. Could be from an current/old employer's list or something similar or maybe just a typo.

This is Sacramento Valley Alarm calling because your phone number is on their list of responders for a company. So you either worked for a company that listed you as the person to call in the event of an alarm... or someone at one time had your phone number... or they have it in their records as a typo. .
