Ditto re the last post from 8/13. Ridiculous calls, garbled, unprofessional, asking for various people. They also stopped and started up again with this nonsense.

There is no excuse for debt collector abuse. Contact a lawyer that specializes in collection agency harassment and violations of the FDCPA and FCRA are strictly enforced via the courts and there are serious statutory penalties meaning this collection call and harassment can be a pay day for you! Received a call and it was a recording, they were looking for a Matthew Gorman so I pressed 9 to speak to someone.  I wanted to tell them they had the wrong number and that I needed them to remove our number from their database.  The call got disconnected and since I get daily calls from this company, I decided to call them back.  They have the company name correct, even though there are 8+ companies in the state of California with the same name.  I told him to remove our number from their database.  He said this number isn't for XXX and there is no Matthew Gorman there?  What part of - remove our number you have the wrong phone number for your debtor is so hard to understand.  sure hope these calls stop.

I am tired of these people calling my 10 year old daughter I have yelled at them over and over again. Maybe we should call Kurtis or get the new channels involved.

Looking through my old phone records I see that I got calls from this number a few months ago, looking for some female (I can't remember the name).  I finally answered and told them to stop; they said they would.  I also filed a complaint at donotcall.gov.

They started calling again a few days ago, this time looking for Allen Fisher or something like that.  When is this BS going to end?  Are they going to keep inventing names?  What's the true end game here?  I assigned a silent ring tone to the number, but seriously, my log still shows 3-4 calls a day.  I don't want to wade through BS to find legitimate numbers.

I have been getting calls from this company for weeks now, and another one 916-248-8591 (diversified consultants) I don't answer the calls.

We have been receiving phone calls from this organization for several months.  All have left no message and I therefore neither answered the call nor responded.  However, today was different.  I live caller left a message stating that they had been calling this number many times and to call them back regarding a specified case number.  1)  They did not identify themselves.  2)  They did not identify who they were attempting to contact.  3)  They did not identify the purpose of the call.  4)  The person calling was almost impossible to understand.  I later returned the call and at that time - at my demand they identified themselves as Rash, Curtis and Assoc.  However, when asked the purpose of the call, they still did not reveal information.  I therefore hung up.

these  people  keep  calling  they  dont  usually leave  a  message  or  when  they  do  they  do  not  give  anything  more  than  it is  a important  call  >Maybe  if  they lef t more  details  people  may  actually  respond  back  to  them  .Instead  until  they  do  or  mail  something  in  writing  I  will  continue  to  ignore  them  as  just  another spam  call  !

I'm too old for this nonsense. These are idiot thieves...do not answer when they call, it is a scam and none of the bills they call about are real. Do not answer when this number comes up. What they do is illegal. To even answer the phone is a waste of time. What they do is illegal, don't even answer when they call.
Where are the police when we need them?

I finally cussed out one moron company...   ...after ignoring thier calls for 6 months... but this time I called them back 3 times within 5 minutes and let each person who answered know what I thought of their phone calls... this company had been calling every day for 6 months on a completely ficticious debt...the next day guess who started calling?
Why don't we ALL just do the thing Jerry Seinburg did on one episode? Hang up and call them back...then ask them how THEY like the phone call... then hang up right away... and do it again 3 or 4 times in a row.
Tie up thier phone lines...hey...are there machines we can buy that just dial over and over and over? Why not just give 'em a taste of their own medicine? And make it so they can't make outgoing calls.

I started receiving calls to my cell phone from this phone number, too.  The message is garbled and they state they are looking for a Laury something or other which I don't know. Strange.  I just keep ignorming them.

I called this company after they called me numetous times for a Lori Nutter. They hung up on me. I called back and was hung up on again. If this company calls me again Ill be filing a harassment report and then follow up by sueing. Their mistake and rude customer service could be a costly one.

I have recieved calls from 916 527 0421 and they never leave a message. I do not owe anything to anyone at this time. When I call them back, they tell me it's my ex husband they are looking for. I tell them they have the wrong number and to please remove me, they have not as of today. Feb 6, 2012!

Received a robo-call from this number. I held for a human and they hung up.

This number called about 3:30pm. I ignored it because I didn't know who was calling. I checked the voicemail and it was some noise and then it hung up. There is a reason I only asnwer phone calls from people I know.

I have received many calls from the 916-527-0421 and another 707-454-2010 and every time they leave a message that I need to contact them. I spoke with a person who said that I owed over $500 for a past bill at a hospital and there is no way I owe that because whenever I owed I went in and paid and they even gave me a discount for paying in full.  I asked him to get me some account numbers and I can compare them to the bills paid and haven't heard anything else.  Now on a credit check that was done there is two outstanding balances that I supposedly owe and it is messing up my credit report.

I have no debts in collections and receive calls from this number for no reason, will not leave message. I had posted a resume on careers.com. I suddenly receive telephone calls from 3 different debt collectors. This is some sort of SCAM??

Rash Curtis - STOP CALLING ME!  I work at a company that I have a direct payment taken out for my MD bills and I don't need you to harrass me

These people have been dialing my number non-stop for months    I think it's time to take action  who do you gather information to report hararssment?

Marcus Taylor, who identified himself as a representative from Rash Taylor & Associates left a message on my machine, along with a case number, and requested a return call to 866-729-2722.  My caller ID displayed Walnut Grove, CA 916-527-0421. I have received a bunch of collection calls recently from this company and others.  I do not owe any debts, have had the same number for a dozen years, and do not know any of the individuals these companies ask to speak with.  When I called the number they left (to tell them they had called the wrong person) they said my number would be removed from their records.  We'll see...

This number called at 8:01am and then hung up when it reached the answering machine.
