He is calling my 13 yr old daughter and harrassing her for last 3 weeks.

I got a call from this number stating that they wanted me or my attorney to return their call in regards to a time sensitive matter. The guy had such a strong indian acient that he had to speak extremely slow to be able to say what he needed to say.  Then he proceeded to say his name was "John Smith." Seriously!!! My maternal's family last name is Smith. Do these guys actually think people will fall for this crap!

Some guy with an Indian accent called and said their were 3 criminal charges against me and that I would face serious legal problems. He said I must call that same # back because this was serious. So I told him that there was 5 criminal charges against him and he would face serious legal problems. Lol. What a joke! Why cant people just get regular jobs. SMH.................

this is frustrating because I know I didn't do anything wrongand a person named Mike Anderson keeps harassing meand now they're calling my work

Please tell me you are not a high school, or college graduate. An entire generation brought up on texting can be beat by a roomful of monkeys, with typewriters, who over time, can write something more coherent.

He took my moms while check nd she had to borrow from me he said his name was Damon Marshall. Dnt answer this number all ik know is karma is coming for this guy nd i hope he dnt get away with it. I just got a phone call saying I owe money and he's from a legal office/lawyer office. He also said that if I don't call back he wishes me luck in my further. How do I report him anyone know a number in how to do that. O

Just received a call from this number 916-534-8727 saying he was from the "State's attorney general office" and that they were bringing legal charges against me and he said his name was Jason Miller.  Of course, foreigner (India accent) and very difficult to understand.  Called my work too....my co-worker told them if this was a personal call they weren't allowed at our place of business (I live in Michigan).

Definetely a scam!

This is a criminal extortion scam operating out of India. They are making the calls utilizing VOIP and the names of legitimate firms to make it appear the calls are originating from within the US. There is NO "company" or "debt" and you will NOT be arrested. They are harvesting and/or buying consumers' personal identifying information from unscrupulous websites like the one you may have filled out an application with, and you need to do whatever you can to protect yourself. This includes: Notifying the FTC: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/, placing fraud alerts with all three credit bureaus, notifying your bank and employer and letting these criminals know you are aware they are attempting to extort money for a non-existent debt and have alerted the authorities.

I just received this call from John Anderson State attorney office. I told them that they were lying because I didn't owe anyone. They just gave the number 916-534-8727. We should all start calling them and hanging up. I am so tired of these people. Especially when they call my job.

I had a man call me stating that I had criminal charges pending and if I didn't send him money that I would be arrested and jailed. Also while speaking with him he was very rude and called me a mother f**ker. He has called me several times on my cell phone and is now calling my work phone causing me problems at work.

I just cursed them out... He gon tell me he won't talk to me only my attorney ...I said I am my own attorney I represent myself so spill... He hung up... I called back and told not to call my number again he hung up ...smh

So relieved after reading these posts I just received a phone call from these ppl as well, very VERY rude. Rushed me off of the phone then told me that the police would be at my job today to have me arrested.  I humored them to ask them about this "debt" that I owed, they told me to go to CVS and add money to a prepaid card and then call them with the confirmation number. Very "iffy" I have notified the police

Las Vegas, NV, which when I googled it says the Las Vegas Nevada police dept but it was a guy named Alex Marshall stating for me or my retained lawyer to call back and all and it gives this number to call back on 916-534-8727.. Not good English speaking.. If I don't return call all he can do is wish me good luck!

I received a call this morning at work from David Parker saying her was from the State Attorneys Office.  His English was poor with a strong middle eastern accent.  I was supposed to call or my attorney of record is to call some Officer at that same number if I wanted any information about a case filed against me.  could hardly understand what he was saying and would not give me any information.

I got called twice at my work place.  States his name is Jordan that I need to call him ASAP, it was a time sensitive case.  Heavy accent, and at the end wishes me Good Luck!!  How bizarre is that, CREEPY

They wont stop calling me, said if I didn't repspond they were going to send the sherrifs to my office to arrest me.  Have no idea what they are about, the times they call, the voicemails, nothing seems right.

I recieved a call from this number the guy can barely speak english saying that I owed money which I know I don't owe anyone. the number that he calls from is 916-534-8727 when I called him back and told him he was a scam he started yelling and using bad words report him to the police

I just got a call from this number. No message was left. They call at 7:30am supposingly from California that makes it 4:30am. Yesterday it was 7am. That practice alone is illegal.

I just received a call from David Parker and he informed that I would be going because of some overdue payments. Mr. Parker then told me (hatefully) that I needed to call Mr. Martin and he will give me all of the information for my retained lawyer. Mr. Parker then told me that their office only knew about the case and nothing else and that my retained Layer or I would have to Mr. Martin whose office is at a different location to them. The phone # on the caller ID was (916) 543-8727 and Mr Martin?s phone # is (916) 534-8727.

Just got 2 calls from this number - David Parker - left a voicemail stating "needs my attorney to contact them, extremely time sensitive, do not disregard" Added a little creepiness to it when they said "If you ignore, all I can do then is wish you good luck"

Call the police about these scam artists.
This is a scam; don't be fooled.  LAUGH AND HANG UP.
It maybe Nigerian as the man's accent was thick and English was poor.

Don't ever call that number.  They will sell your phone number to other criminal organizations.

They left me a voice mail saying he is Steve Cruze.. And I should call or I will serve serious time in jail.. I strongly believe it is a scam.. Because I owe no one and don't live in California..
