They say it's Energy Savings Company. I hit 1 to talk to someone, and got this cheery woman, "Are you interested in saving money on your energy costs?".. I said Nope, I'm tired of you guys calling here after I've hit 2 at least 3 times in the last year. This cheery woman suddenly turned rude, lowered her voice to a be rude, then makes a big sigh, and says "I'll take care of it" and hung up on me. Next time, I'm going to sound interested and try to get their address, even if I have to have them come to my house. They're breaking the law.

This is a telemarketer selling something to do with energy savings - sounds like it may be air conditioner or appliances

I push 1 and get connected to an English speaking female who sounds white.
She says, "hi would you like more information on how to save your energy costs?"
I ask for her name? she says excuse me?
I say, "what's your name?"
she says. "My name or the companies name?
I said, "tell me both, you just called me"
She then hung up the phone before I could give her an earfull.

caller said they were "Heather" calling about our loan modification...blah blah blah... if we were having trouble with our mortgage payments ...they could help...and requested that we call 888-502-3609
We have no business with this person or either of these numbers ... this is an unwanted call

caller ID shows the name to be CELLULAR CALL.
The number is NOT a cell call but a call from a landline in FairOaks, CA near McClellan AFB in Sacramento.
person pretends to be a debt collector trying to get you to give them your credit card number.
