We've been getting calls from some online pharmacy for the past few years.  Sometimes they are from an unlisted number, sometimes the 916-555-6162 number.  Their english is heavily accented (Asian accent) and they keep telling me that they are going to refill my prescription for a particular drug - typically pain med or muscle relaxant - always meds that I've never used.  I tell them that their call is illegal since I've never dealt with their company and I'm on the Do Not Call list, but they always call back again.  Why do they keep wasting their time (and mine) and how do I stop them?

got a call from this number......the guy said that i had ordered some medications from my phone number.....wanted credit card information.....told me that i could get all the information about their company 'ushealthcareservices.com' on the website.....there is no such website on the internet.....the guy hung up.

Got a call from the same number.  Background noise, then hang-up.

This is clearly somebody that needs to hide and mask who they really are and are spoofing their number.   Obviously directory assistance from sacramento  ca isn't really calling, but that is what is listed.

If they don't want you to know who they are, then you probably don't want to answer the phone.

Calling back won't do any good as that isn't the number of who is really calling

Called twice. I did not answer, assuming a crank or telemarketer. Left no message.

unknown number is unreachable, caller id says, directory assistance ca which is from Sacramento California
