I got the same call a man calling himself Mr.Davis told my daughter he'd hunt her down like a dirty slave then hung up when I called back he told me he'd put the $109 back on my card and a warrant would be ready in 30 minutes to go to the jail and turn myself in I did this there was no warrant and he never put the money back on my card so I called some law offices and was told you can not go to jail for non payment of a payday loan its a cicil matter they can sue garnish your wages and so on. same incident happened. please be cautious!!!!the lady is rude and speaks fast so she people can't understand what she is saying. this lady is rude and will not even give you the proper information when you ask her questions. she goes on rambling and she is unprofessional and rude! i mean very rude as if  she is "ghetto". Because i called her back and questioned her she wanted to put a warant for my arrest for being rude.hahaaa that is insane! she got nervous and did not know how to respond except i am getting a warrant for your arrest. by the way i was not the person who she was looking for. the name she provided is called investigations.

Received a phone call today that I was going to get a warrant out for Placer County for check fraud. I did speak to someone and they were very rude wanted me to give them money. I told them no I will go to the county because I have not been sent any papers or forms to pay anything or informing me of check fraud. After I told them that they said fine you will go to county and then hung up.

Recv'd a call from a Rebecca Goldman, msg indicated "an item had been returned with my SS# attached. and to call 1-888-336-0952 County Processing Center.  I've checked the 1-888-336-0952, other people have reported this number as well, police indicated is was a MAJOR SCAM, DO NOT GIVE ANY INFORMATION OUT.
