I was able to get my loan modified by HomEq. At first they rejected it but I kept calling and someone finally did it and said I don't understand why it wasn't done the first time. I said because you have reps that don't care. My loan was also by Wacchovia and some how Homeq owns it now.

Yes, this is home eq and NO they will not modify any loans.  I owe them 30K on a second mortgage and owe 120K on my first mortage.  My home today is worth less than 50K, yet they continue to call.  Listen bi****s, I lost my job because of OBAMBA - go and get the money from him!!  I don't know what else to say... My employer even stated that because of the tax increases on his business due to the Obamma administration he had to let us go. Fine job your doing there Mr. President!! Humm and lets see how much healthcare rises... did you know that one of the companies they collect for got bail out money.  Wachovia which sold to another company. Sneaky suckers, the government should do something about banks who hide behind collection agencies so they dont have to modify your loan.  I didnt borrow from Home Eq, but the company I did borrow from you cant talk to, because Homeeq does the collecting and talking for them.  the bank I borrowed from just gets bail out money and collects the money Homeq gets for them.  I really wish the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT WOULD INVESTIGATE.
