Apparently we all have the same case #....... THIS IS NICOLE ROBINSON FROM STATE INVESTIGATION and your case number is
CFI348479.Your payment is pending against the outstanding loan and want
to know when you are going to make the payment against that payday loan?
This is the last notification from the government else a BENCH warrant would be
generated against What are you willing to do regarding this case?

Received same Nicole Robinson text but when I replied that I did not have the debt, the text has escalated to saying a bench warrant has been issued and police are on the way. I replied that they must send me notification of any debt through the U.S. mail and identify same. The text messages are poorly worded and and I also replied that they should check their grammar. Think I have really "poked the bear" on this one.

I found another post with a different name, from a different number but exact same message and case number!
