My employer is going back to Blue Shield but not until July 1. I know they like to harass people with chronic illnesses.  I had to file a complaint to get them to stop. But I'm not sure why they're calling early.

I got a call from this number and would have liked to have been able to answer it. I am having the worst time with Blue Shield and have been calling for months! I've been on hold almost every day for as much as 2 hours. My account is completely messed up. I can never speak to anyone. Apparently not even the customer satisfaction people!

I received a call at my work from this ph# 916-910-0768.  Lady said from SQM group, if I called Blue Shield, I told her we call all insurances and not interested in taking Customer Surveys!  Telemarketer

I received 2 calls from this number at 4:30 AM which woke me up.  They did not leave a message and I have no connection to Blue Cross

Just got a call from this # and I had made a call to Blue Shield a few hours ago, so I agree it is a follow up call from Blue Shield for Customer Satisfaction.

I also had a conversation with Blue Shield today! The customer feedback angle is looking likely.

I received two calls on my cell phone from this number yesterday.  No message left. My phone is registered with the do not call program.  Annoying.

I recently have been talking with my Blue Sheild of CA, HMO plan.  I'm thinking maybe it's a survey regarding their customer service.  I tried calling it back too, and it just said it was an independent survey company.

I agree it is Blue Shield RELATED ,, as I got a call from this number as well, and i just called blue shield, asking questions to a agent.

I didn't recognize the number so I let it go to voice mail. No message was left.

I talked to Blue Shield about 2 hours earlier.

Look to lower part of list. A visitor called the number out as Blue Cross Blue Shield of California. I have them as my HMO. They apparently leave no message.
