please do something to stop these idiots.  I get called from 917,  360  and 949 area codes.  They are looking to get your cc number to sell overseas  (best guess).   I am going to be rude with them in the future

Why don't we all find the phone number for Brenda and Antonio then call them 20 or 30 times a week just to thank them for the harassment? Could be fun! BTW if you try calling any of the numbers they call you from it says the number is disconnected so they are stealing service for these calls somehow. Sooner or later they will catch them.

I have gotten calls from 13 different numbers within a 3 week period ALL having to do with reducing credit card interest rates. When I notified the FCC the last reply said I could get on a list to sue the company which is ridiculous. They have access to trace all the numbers and put a stop to it. Like everything else with the government lately, they are useless. Being on the DO NOT CALL LIST is a joke. That also doesn't work.

Spoke to a "Robert" when asked if they adhere to the DNC list they said that they did not. I am on it.

I just received another one out of dozens this morning. I asked who recommended me to get a lower interest and they said a bank where I have loans. Really ???? I couldn't get much info so I was transferred to a supervisor  They wanted my number from the back of my card , why I asked and she said to verify that I have been good on my payments. She already told me I was hhhmmmm. Then I said I'm not comfortable with giving my numbers out and lo and behold she hung up. I am sick of these calls also, I'm on the no call list and have been. Your right " Scam Big time "

Repeated unwanted calls

our local news did a story on these people and said our only recourse besides filing a complaint, is just to hang up- don't press anything, it won't matter.  So annoying though!

I have contacted the FCC at least half a dozen times, and I am sick of these people.  It has gone on for years, sometimes several times a day.  I got a person to talk to me, she said her company is Account Management Assistance, and they are AFFILIATED with "over 500 major companies" and named Chase, Bank of America, Visa, as some of the companies, and explained that "because of my excellent credit" my credit card company had contacted them and asked them to work with me to give me a lower rate.  Their messages use up the time on my answering machine when I am not home, they seem to call at the worst possible times, and I'm fed up.  Obviously a scam.

I continue to get calls from this outfit and tried the same things that others have mentioned on posts; pressing "3" and asking to be removed only to have the calls continue, Rachel from"card member services", and this morning where I pressed "1".  A guy comes on and just asks if I have $3,000 in credit card debt.  I asked who he was, who the company was and he said Account Management Assistance.  I told him I wanted the calls to stop and asked how that could be done.  There was a long silence on the phone until I finally asked if he was going to answer my question at which point he disconnected.  This is clearly something that needs action!  Is anything being done?  Does anyone know?

Hi RATM, I just got sucked into this vortex of scammers and I'm wondering why the FCC hasn't stopped them.  Can you figure it out?  These people have been doing this for a long time and are still at it.  What's the deal.  Any advice?

Same exact experience.  *69 gave me 631-773-1013 number.  Submitted complaint to FCC & will print out their form in order to offer more details--timing, number called from, etc.  They have space to add maybe 3-4 events, but only had specifics on the recent one.  Not sure it will do any good, but hitting 3 or 1 and then getting hung up on isn't doing much good either!

I also can not get this phone messageing to stop calling, who did you complain too? I would dearly like them to quit.

SAME AS ALL OF ABOVE BUT I GET THE SAME CALL DAILY FROM BOTH OREGON AND FLORIDA.  PUSH THREE TO STOP CALLS BUT THEY CONTINUE DAILY.  THEY CLAIM MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY IS BEHIND THE CALLS BY PROVIDING MY INFORMATION.

We have been deluged with phone calls day after day from Rachel offeing to lower the interest rate on our credit cards. We have pushed the number 3 over and over again,, to be removed frm the list, yet the calls never stop. Today pushed 1, and operator came on the line, I asked name of the company reply "Account Management Assistance" when I asked where they were located they terminated the call. I am going to bring this to the attention of the Attorney General of Maryland for whatever action his office might be able to take and also will file a complaint with the FCC.

Get two calls per day. Pressed 3 many times to remove. Still get calls daily.

The Arkansas Attorney General has filed a complaint against Financial Ladder, Inc.; Brenda Helfenstine; and Antonio Helfenstine (Defendants). The complaint alleges the Defendants solicited Arkansas consumer through the use of automated telephone calls ("robocalls") for the purpose of marketing a credit card interest rate reduction program. According to the complaint, the Defendants misrepresented the program and never intended to actually help consumers obtain a lower interest rate despite accepting money from the consumers.

The matter is pending.

These people are scum.  They call several times a week and have for a long time.  You press 3 to discontinue calls and they still call, you press one and speak to an agent and they are evasive and do not want to disclose who they are.  The FCC is another useless Government agency.  Why do they not fine these people for violating the do not call list.  I have field several complaints with the FCC and never get a reply.  The call themselves Account Management Assistance company.

I keep getting these calls too. I have pushed the number 3 to be taken off the do-not-call list, but they still keep calling. I have also pressed 1 and asked that they stop calling. When I pushed the 1 today, I asked who the were and the replay was " account management services". Then I asked who they were affiliated with and the woman hung up on me.

You should really take your phone number and name off of this. Someone could use it to harm you. You cannot get them to stop calling you from this manner.
