This number and several other strange numbers were calling a friend of mine. First a lady called and  was telling my friend that she was trying to collect on a loan and that if she didn't pay $700 dollars she waould send the police to arrest her. The woman had such a thick Indian accent she couldn't understad what she was saying.(And she wasn't answering any of her questions either) She asked if there was anyone there that spoke English that she could speak to, the lady hung up on her and immediately a man called her back. He was telling her the same thing as the woman. My friend then told him that she couldn't understand him either. The man was very rude and told her "What? YOu don't have sense to understand what i am saying?" She may or may not have cursed him out, telling him that it was a scam and not to call her again. He immediately called her back and said "I will kill you, you American bit@%!! She would hang up and he would call back saying all kinds of obscene things. What the heck can you do about these people??? So scary that they have her name and address. Any suggestions??

I have been receivng threatening phone calls from this numbr saying that they have a law suit against me. He is saying that he is a fraud investigator and calls himself Officer Frank Davis. He sounds just like the caller that is calling me from 516-323-0013. They are both indian and hard to understand but their threats are exactly the same.

I have been receiving several called from this number from an officer Shephard Green stating that there is a law suit against me.  I have the option to settle outside of court but if I don't then he will sever me.  I have asked him for details on the case against me which he is able to answer them.

Several men with thick accents have called me several times and almost scammed me out of my money.  They said there was a lawsuit pending against me by a payday loan company.  I believed them b/c I really did have a loan at the time.  They told me I needed to pay them the money I owed and then they would pay back the payday loan company.  They wanted my bank info. and told me to stop payment on the payday loan payment and call them to give them my payment over the phone. Said they were from the NY Civil Court-Dept. of Investigations.  Said his name was Officer Steven Johnson but he and his "supervisor" had very thick east Indian accents.  I was very scared and believed them because they got all my personal info. from unsecured payday loan websites.  I'll never apply for a payday loan again!  How do I file a complaint against them?  Who do I report this to?

Just received the same type of phone call from a very heavy Indian accent man.  He wanted to speak to one of our employees.  He was advised that if it's a personal business phone call they must call the individual at home.  He advised that his name was Officer Shepherd Green and by the law we must allow him to speak to our employee.  That the employee is being sued/investigated and he must talk to him immediately.  When the admin advised that she could not allow or give out any information he demanded to speak to her manager.  My admin stated that he was very rude and kept interrupting her telling her that he was an officer.

Before I called the number back (917) 284-9836 I looked up the number on the internet...  Well needless to say when I did talk to Officer Shepherd Green I wouldn't let him talk.  I told him that this was a scam as per all the messages on the internet.  He kept trying to interrupt me and I told him to stop interrupting.  I ended the conversation that he better not call back and that I was also reporting this online!  I left him speakless... LOL

This idiot called me also and threatened that they were going to come to my house with a subpoena
if I didn't pay them $310.00
I almost fell for it because I was scared and didn't want to be embarrassed.
I did call the New York Department of Investigations and told them about it.
That is where he said he was from. He accused me of internet fraud and he is the one doing it.
They are phishing and using malware and scaring people.
Be careful what info is out there.

They keep calling me too!  They don't speak English and they keep threatening me that they are going to come to my work and haul me to jail!  WTH!?!

These people called my job today stating that I have a law suite against me. I never recieved a loan from these people. I don't know who they are. How do I stope these poeple from calling me?
