Received a call from caller calling from 917 338-4385.  Caller ID identified this caller as UNKNOWN.  If you are on a DO NOT CALL LIST with the Federal Government, why are people still calling and why is this happening.  What is the purpose of putting your number on a list if anyone can call you after the fact?  I don't get it.  Its so annoying.

They claim to send a $100 discount card. The catch is you have to give them you credit card for shipping $4.95.

Also spam called. Missed it but no vm.

917-338-4385 3 calls over 2 days - no voicemail left. Googling says it belongs to Broadwing Communications.

I had this call 5 times! This # is annoying the s*** out of me! People try spamming your texts at the s****y # with your hates like "STOP CALLING ME YOU F**GOT!"

I've been receiving calls from this number for over a week now on my cellphone - They never leave a message and when I tried to call the number back no one picked up.  
I don't know who they are and they're seriously annoying me.

continuously receiving calls from this #, no message. When I call the # it says that it has not been assigned yet. Annoying!

This number calls me multiple times on a daily basis (917-336-6890).. no message and I "privately" called it back from a landline and it didn't even ring.. WTF!!!!!

Said her name was Mary from College Advisers. Since I am 30 and not in college I just hung up on her.
