I can only suggest that you find some way of reporting him to the authorities.

Call 2 claim  Seems like a busy person, with offers of every kind!  Makes me very angry I must pay to receive text message scams via my cell.

Unsolicited text message!!! What the hell when did they start spamming our Text messages? How can we turn these people in?

An unsolicited text message... "Need a 2nd Income?  Earn $100/day!  Get paid to shop..."  

Offered the number 866-863-2390 as a call back.

I just received a text from this number offering a $200 Walmart card. The only odd thing is that it was address to my daughter, so I think I know where there got my number. I recently helped my daughter apply for a student loan and since her phone was down, I told her to put my phone number on the application.

I finally had to have my service provider block all text messages.  It got to be a real pain.  I did all the filing, but the FCC & Do Not Call can't do anything about them.  I was told by them that if they get enough complaints they have the companies investigated.  I read that out of 300,000 complaints to Do Not Call only 3 were resolved.  So bite the bullet and block all texts if you don't want to receive any of these.

You can file complaints with the "Do Not Call Registry" if you are registered with them and also with the FCC and your phone provider.  I filed with all of them.

Second text message from this telemarketer.  Did not open this one as I am charged for texts and reserve it for family emergencies.

getting text from 917-349-3829, I don't have text so this will cost me, how do I stop it.

Just got a text from this number saying I won a 200 dollar gas card. Not sure how I got on their number list, woke up this morning with 4 texts from different numbers saying I won something and telling me how to stop messages I never signed up for >.<

got text from same number saying they represented a target survey where i won 200 in a target giftcard
