received same message regarding gas and electric savings. cell number is on the do not call list so it should have not been available to whoever this is. does not do any good reporting a violation to the do not call list even with enough evidence. response is that there is not enough evidence to support your claim and has been marked as such and closed. so much for help and protection from these parasites from our own government. beware since depending on your cell service provider you could face a 9.99 $ fee for the text message. it has happened to me in the past just for responding to these scams.

i also received a text from this number, its probably a scam so i texted back "f*** you" an appropriate response i believe lol.
