He's got a new scam?   He's "Diplomat Andy" from the UN and he's holding millions of dollars for me.  I received yet another e-mail from him this morning on that topic (this is the fourth in two days).  His return e-mail address is fake, so return e-mails bounce back, but he left the 917-387-3092 phone number.

E-mail scam is filled with misspelled words and grammatical errors.

Two more numbers that continues to call me stating they are from a law department and they cannot be intimidated when I tell them I know they are scammers and I have reported them -
919 520-5543 and 626 239-3142.  These calls are beginning to scare me... is there an agency in the government or police agency that I can contact?  

They keep saying I owe them money and they are gonna sue me or garnish my paycheck!!

So do I, we should all get together, I have phone records,and witnesses! to this scam bull-crap,lets send those foreigners back to where the hell they came from,lets all get together pls.

Foreign speaking men say they are from legal department regarding a check cashing company.  They have all my personal information, SSn, Checking acct number, etc.  Making threats that lawsuits are against me, will attach my paycheck... telling me that I have 24 hours to take care of this... I have received NO money in my checking account and I am very afraid and don't know who to turn to... the two phone numbers I have received calls from are 415-663-6047 and 206-629-9392.  The last number says he represents U S Cash Advance and his name is "Anthony".  He is also calling my work!!  How do I get this to STOP......

I also get a call from this people. I am the attorney working for a Law firm In MD. Do you have any idea who is Steve Johnson behind this whole racket. Do you have any contact information so we can file the charges on him.

i keep getting calls from this number dont know who it is they call me back to back telling me that i owe them money i dont owe nobody a dam thing im so sick of these dumb a** calls i am ready to change my number if they dont leave me the hell alone.....

This guy called me and my son today threating legal action.

The same a**hole continues to call me at work and on my cell regarding a legal matter and then says if I don't take care of it "god bless".  They are impossible to track down as they use different #'s.  I am likely going to change my cell phone # but not sure what I can do about my work #.

A guy with an Indian accent called today looking for my sister "regarding a legal matter" sayin if I didn't call them back or have her call them back I would face legal issues as well. He called three times back to back then finally left a message.

I continue to get calls from these losers about a "lawsuit" supposedly against me.   They refuse to send me anything in writing.  I want these b*****ds prosecuted.

I as well am getting phone calls from some foreign individual from this number stating that I owe money to a company called USA Cash Advance.  I have never heard of this place let alone used it.  They claim that I went online to do a cash advance and never paid the advance back.  They gave me some banking information to the actual bank that I bank with, however the account number is wrong and the dates they claim the deposit of the funds are not on any of my bank statements.  They claim they are going to sue me and they have never sent me any paperwork in the mail, nor have they sent me a supeona to appear in court.

keep getting calls from this number in regards to debt that I owe which has been paid off for over 90 days. Will sombody please put a handle on this as I have already been victimized and had to change bank accounts before really knowing I was being sent off.

Repeated calls from this clown exactly as described by other respondents I have filed a complaint with FTC

A man with a heavy idian accent called me from this number as well with all my account number information saying that i owed him 300 dollars from cash advance saying i had 3 charges against me if I didnt pay before the end of the day. I figured this was a scam told him i never did a cash advance i checked my history in the account and called back saying i never recieved anything from them. They said they would have my case manager get a hold of me. How do I report this?

This number is calling me also. They have been for a week now, I won't answer the phone because I have already been through this whole scam. They say they have federal charges against you for a cash advance you don't have and that if you don't pay they will sue you. The only reason they seem remotely legit is because they have your social security number. Don't fall for it they tried to get over $600 from me for nothing. If you want to get rid of them just start asking them a bunch of questions.

What is the law firm?
Why haven't I received the affidavit in the mail?
Usually they get pissed and hang up.

Man from this number is calling me harrasing me and i don't owe him a thing.  this is th second time these foreigners have called me from different companies

Man has a heavy Indian accent pretending to call from a law office of some sort (legal affidavit).  Phony name is Jonathan Smith.  Called from this number and again from another number 419-551-0237.  Also left a message on my cell phone and voice mail at work.  I dont owe them a think. Making threatening calls about going to court. Bunch of BS. Filed complaint with FTC. Next complaint will be do not call registry.
