Yes, there is a program called SKIPTRACY that companies can use to conceal their Caller ID.  And they can put in whatever number they want it to look like they're calling from.  The president passed a new law in January stating that they can't use real caller id numbers anymore.  So, now they are supposed to only conceal with unknown numbers.  Not your friends or family.  But I guess some companies are still doing it.  You can sue them.  It's illegal now.  A lot of times it's a company trying to find you in order to sue for a debt and garnish your wages.  Other times I guess it could be criminals.

This so-called 'company', "INTL WCA" is also using the number 954-606-5548.  Obviously these are all SPOOFED numbers (using a computer to display a FALSE number to HIDE the REAL number.)  That's why it can seem to be calling from YOUR cell phone to another.

Interestingly enough I have been getting a HIGHER VOLUME of these calls ever since I opened a SEARS CREDIT CARD via CITIBANK about 2 months ago, but REFUSED CITIBANK's $13/month "Credit Monitoring and Protection Program".  I think THEY have SOLD my phone number to some SCUMBALL outfit so I could be HASSLED and therefore change my mind to purchase their BOGUS PLAN.

ARREST THESE SCUMBALL CEOs and LOCK THEM IN A MAXIMUM SECURITY PRISON with all the GANG BANGERS and MURDERERS!  ***THEN**** SEE IF THEY WANT TO FOLLOW THE LAWS OF THIS COUNTRY.

My phone was on silent, so I missed the call several hours ago. No message left. How did it get my number? I keep my cell phone number limited to people I've met in person and online stores with high security... I'm a little confused.

They keep calling my cell phone. When I pick up they don't say anything or leave a message. I want this to stop.

I received a call from them again today. I just held my phone in my hand and listened. The only thing I heard was the click from their phone. My caller ID shows : INTL WCA I am on the National Do Not Call list also. It is not right for these people to be able to call us. I do not have the time to deal with this mess. Also, I have call block for people who hide their name and #, yet they get through. The guy kept saying "Hello" 4 to 5 times. I just held my phone and he finally hung up. I am tired of all of these unwanted and annoying calls!

I am on the Do Not Call registry and received a phone call from these people.  Please do something about them and all the others. I get at least 3 a week since putting my number on the DNC list.  I now believe the Do No Call registry is a joke.

This number came up under voice mail (no message left) after it rang into my mother's cell phone. First though, it showed that my cell phone number was calling her. We happened to be sitting next to each other, my cell phone was on the table. Obviously I had not called her. How can it show up as my number calling when it wasn't? My aunt also said she got a call in the middle of the night  from my cell phone. It was on the end table and I was sound asleep.  Can someone hack my phone number?
