I keep getting miss calls from this number. who the hell is it?

Received a call from this number at 11:25 PM!!!  Texted them asking their identity...NOTHING back yet...Called them next day: a recording said "Welcome to WCA Subscriber Services. Your household has been selected as the recipient of two $25 WalMart Gift Certificates. Press now to be connected to a live..." then I hung up.

Got a call from this number, I didn't recognize it, so I didn't answer.  Called the number back and received a recorded message saying this is a subscriber only phone number and since they don't recognize my number as a subscriber, I couldn't be helped.  WTF??  They called me!!  Stupid, stupid, stupid.

They give you the option of entering your phone number to remove your number from their database.  If I'm not a customer, why in hell am I in their database?  Sounded to me like they were phishing so I hung up.

May a bullet find the skull of the SOB behind this!!

Just got call from this #, message was something about spring sale at WalMart, Zellers, and
The Bay.

I got a call from this # at 5:44 PM 6/17/11. No msg left.

Ya i actually listened to some of the recording saying that I won a trip to mexico worth $2500. She claimed that a friend entered my name. After it said press one to claim my prize I hung up :)

Received a call from this number today.  Automated voice on the other end said that Walmart, Zellers and ... (can't remember) were all having end of year sales right now and a friend had entered my name in a draw.   I had been selected to win an all expenses paid trip for 4 people to ... (can't remember).  I hung up before they asked me to press ... to accept my prize (at least that's what I was expecting them to say).  Sounded pretty sketchy to me!

I got a call, today, was told I would receive 2, $25 Walmart cards, ""hold for a live person."  Got cut off.  Called back was told I won a $100 card to Walmart, my number was in their system they would contact me.... Said I subscribed on Mar 27th, 11,  No I did not, I do not know who they are so I texted back: STOP QUIT OP OUT UNSUBSCRIBE, I DID NOT SUBSCRIBE, WILL NOT PAY ANYTHING, WILL NOT ORDER ANYTHING, AND DO NOT BILL ME ANYTHING!!!  Called Sprint and told them to block this number so they are.  Can not find out anything other than they answer they are WCA... ???

I missed a call from that number...and I don't think this is the first time.

I called them back from a different number and the automated system has an option to remove numbers from their subscription. It said it would take 7 business days, so we shall see.

Called my cell at noon today?  I've never seen this number before.

My phone is in the do not call.gov. They called me and advertized cruise lines.
