My aunt has been contacted by this peter Blake too. He has been telling her for over a year now she won 5 million $. She refuses to believe he is a scammer and a liar. She won't admit it but I know he has swindled $ out of her. Our local police department will not do anything due to the fact she believes this man is for real. With as many complaints I have seen on the net WHY has this man not been stopped?

My aunt is still being contacted by this man for over a year now. I know he has swindled thousands out of her but our police department refuses to look into it b/c she refuses to believe he is a liar. She thinks she is getting her $ tomorrow still. I know they have sent her money orders or cashiers checks to cash and send back and I know they are fake!!! I wish someone could do something about this man as it seems he may have a lot of victims out there

I received a call today from Peter Blake...something about my entry on jan16..it was a mssg on my phone..I have had a lot of scam calls ever since i told off a  fake attorney, named Mr.Allen
I think he have my number to about 1 0 other scammers. I just tell them right away..I know this is a scam so don't even tell me anything....they hang up..
Although some of them tried to convince me they were real..they have Jamaican accents..
Names like James Carson, Mr. Brown...Ic they have a heavy accent and call from area code 876
Do not call them Back...your phone will be charged a huge snout of money!!!
Anytime you win something...they usually contact you by mail..
Publishers clearing house shows up at your house they DO NOT CONTACT YOU by phone...& if you won, you would not have to pay them anything!!!

Peter Blake is now known from 707-320-1401 so he is using several different numbers and names for that matter everything that everyone has said is true, he is a scam scam scam scam and he tells you that the money will be riembursed once you give your account information or if you do not have an account to open up a new one. DO NOT BELIEVE HIM OR GIVE HIM ANY MONEY OR INFORMATION,  oh yes he also said i won a mercedes benz such a liar.  Publisher Clearinhouse justs walks up to your door and suprises you this man is a hoax

For over a week, I have received phone calls asking for my mother; I told them that they could leave a message, they didn't. Friday Nov. 2, 2012, they finaIly told me that she was the No. 2 in a Sweepstakes, I  gave them a phone number and a time to call back and she would be there; nobody called. This morning, Mon. Nov. 5, 2012, a Mr. PETER BLAKE called; I told him to call back at 4:45pm; I asked what it was about, he said it was about a Sweepstakes she entered (I am not sure that she did); he gave me this number:347-201-9893 to call back; I asked what state he was in, he said New York; and I asked that he would be in his office at 7:45pm, he said yes. I went online to check out this phone number and I found this website posting the activities of Mr. Blake concerning all the supposed winners. Apparently, nobody has received any winning money yet. So please be careful in dealing with this matter.  And thanks to "800notes.com".

Thank you for this informative post. I, too, have received recent phone calls from a Peter Blake on winning $5.5 million. In response to one of my many questions, he said he has worked for the company for 17 years at Winners Circle Sweepstakes Organization, 115 Merrick Blvd., Queens, NY 11369.  I called the above number 917-460-4685 this morning because of the calls I've received from a Peter Blake at two other phone numbers: 347-298-6812 on March 27, 2012 & 347-201-9893 on April 5, 2012 regarding my winning $5.5 million.  The voice message on the 917 area code said "you have reached David Barnes" etc. but the sound of the voice & the message was the same as the 347 area code numbers I've received from Peter Blake.  I did not leave a message when I called the 917 # this morning, but within minutes a call came back to me from that 917 # which I answered, "hello, this is Judy" & the caller hung up. There has been no requests for money from me "yet" on the 347 area code calls I've received from Peter Blake, but being suspicious of scam, I checked with my bank reps & followed their suggestion to open a new account with minimal money on 3/27/12 & provided that account # to Peter Blake for the bank to bank transfer of funds he said was forthcoming. When I asked him if there were options for portions of the winnings to be distributed annually, monthly or weekly, he responded, "yes, but most opt not to do this as it would involve administrative charges beginning at $500. You are a legitimate winner and required by law to receive the full amount to be wired at one time". On 3/28/12, after receiving my bank account #, he advised me it would go to the Federal Reserve Dept. to check on validity of bank and background check on winner as winnings cannot be distributed to anyone with criminal background or activity. I received a voice message on 4/4/12 & a phone call on 4/5/12 from Peter Blake advising he got word from Federal Reserve Dept. with instructions to send documents to me & needed to verify my mailing address.  He said a letter of agreement and contract to accept the prize would be sent overnight express mail going out tomorrow, Friday, 4/6/12.  I've been curious to see what's in these docs but nothing came in mail yesterday, Monday, 4/9/12. I don't actually expect anything further on this, but if something does come, suspect this is where it will include a request for money from me.

mr. peter blake call me and told me have anyone contact me to tell me i was a 6.1 winner and how happy he were to tell me this great new and ask me how i feel . i said great, to make a long story short i didnt feel anything . if something is for you why do you pay for it and the real feel come in the morning when you wake up in the morning and be feeling good ,learn not to let a phone call excite you ,truth in t in the lord, and leave it there, i have been getting call so long till i know the real deal. if it not free. dont worry about getting if you got to pay a fee, hope this will help someone if it dont feel good it not for you.

"Peter Blake" from "Winners Circle" told the my client that she had won 1.4 million and a BMW.  He  directed her to send a Western Union check in the amount of $299 as a delivery fee.  When she resisted he said that he could wire funds into her account.  She refused, concerned about fraud.  to relieve her concerns it was suggested that she open a new account with no money in it.  She decided to call her banker and this wesite confirmed the fraud.

My aunt was also contacted by this man. He had been in contact with her for over 3wks before she informed any family members. He also told her she won 5.5 million his first conact he told her she was getting a lump sum payment, then weeks later after missing multiple appointments to meet her at the bank and blameing the state of Indiana. He finally was to meet her after telling her she was getting one large deposit and monthly installments until she recieved the 5.5 milllion he contacted her and said she needed to send him a large amount of money for a code to cash her check. She still is beliveing this guy is for real no matter what our family tells her. She swears she has not sent any money out yet but who knows. SO PLEASE BE VERY WEARY IF A MAN NAMED PETER BLAKE CONTACTS YOU OR A FAMILY MEMBER AND DO NOT SEND HIM MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I received a call from a " Peter Blake" who told me my late father is a 5.5 million dollar sweepstakes winner. He said he represents Winners Circle group. He left this phone number 917-460-4685.
