CALLER IDENTIFIED HIMSELF AS STEVE JONES .. HE IS A FOREIGNER SAYS I AM TO BE ARRESTED FOR ONE TIME THEFT BY DECEPTIOON BY CSB BANK THEN AFTER THE 8TH CALL IN ONE DAY HE SAYS IT IS FOR MONEY LAUNDRING.. THAT IS FUNNY I LIVE ON 1100 A MONTH.. GEE GIVE ME SOME OF THAT MONEY..
CALLED THE BANK THEY SAID THEY FELT IT WAS A SCAM.. WHAT DO I DO HE KEEPS CALLING THREATENING ME AND MY FAMILY.. LAST TIME HE SAID THE AUTHORITIES WILL BE HERE SOON TO ARREST ME.. SAYS HE IS FROM THE DEPT OF FINANCIAL CRIMINAL FRAUD.. I HAVE LOOKED THE NUMBER IS UNLISTED NO COMPANY BY THAT NAME IS LISTED..

I get the same call, but the man identifies himself as Richard Hammilton. He doesn't call my house, but he calls a place where I used to work. I called the number back to see who this person is, and no one ever answers, only an automated message from an answering machine that doesn't say anything of value.

got 9 calls today from the idot he is calling himself james metzgar from ohio something til my daughter picked up and he said he was calling from ct.. said i committed a fraud.. i am so tired of the calls .. the lady who has my old number gave out my unlisted number..

He's calling me by the name Richard Hamilton with that number and now he's using 203-672-2113 and says he from financial crime prevention divison. When I call him back to inquire of his call, I never speak to anyone. an automated answering machine stating a mailbox number can't be reached. He calls my job and leaves messages insisting to speak with me. I tried looking up this company and matching these two phone numbers, but no success. He won't stop calling my job even after they asked him not to call.

I am getting calls from a Kelvin Anderson from this number.  It has turned into a a constant harrasment up to 10 - 20 times a day.  He has even gone so far as to be vulgar asking me questions of a personal sexual nature. Claming to be an atty out of NY and actually giving me his name and phone number as being this attorney but when you call the attorney he is a bankruptcy attorney and doesn't know the man.  I have filed a police report, FTC report and my company is having out calls traced to try and find this guy.  He wont give me a company name or a real address but when I find him I am definately sueing for sexual harrassment.  Anyone else have any other ideas?

I JUST GOT A CALL FROM THE FBI THE CALLS ARE ORIGINATING  FROM A CELL PHONE AND THEY ARE PROBABLY CALLING FROM OVERSEAS.

I got a call from a guy with the same information about needing an attorney but what is scary is that this guy had my social security number and my maiden name!  I told him that I had taken care of this matter years ago and would be happy to show him my legal documents and he hung up.  How in the heck did he get my social security number?

he says it is the dept of financial criminal fraud.. he has called me 10 times to day.. i called the bank he gave an they said ia is a fraud.. he just called and said the authorities will be at my step soon to arrest me.

What company did he claim the debt was owed to? To my knowledge I own no one but they also keep calling me at work. I have reported to the FTC and US Attorney General's office but I do not have a company name to give them. Thanks!

i got the same call from a steve jones.. he has threatened me said i will be arrested for theft then his last one was i will be arrested for money klaundrying.. i called the bank which he said it was for in 2005 and they said it is a scam . called the state police and the att generals office in pa.. i even swore at the idiot he didnt tke the hint called him names even a sailor wouldnt use.. please someone help ....

I AM GETTING CALLS FROM A STEVE JONES . HAS A FOREIGN ACCENT THREATENING ME WITH A WARRANT FOR MY ARREST ON BANK FRAUD FINALLY GOT HIM TO GIVE ME A NUMBER 917 464 2535.. THIS IS A UNKNOWN NUMBER UNLISTED NUMBER OUT OF NEY YORK.. I AHEV READ OTHER COMPLAINTS ABOUT THIS MAN.. SAY HE IS FROM THE NATIONAL FRAUD. FOR BANKING. HAS MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER ASKED HIM TO SEND ME SOMETHING IN WRITING HE SAID HE COULDNT .. I CALLED THE COMPANY HE GAVE ME SAID TI WAS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY USING OLD DEBTS.....

Called my office number and said he was from the Department of Financial Fraud.  I couldn't understand most of what he was saying because of his accent.  I did hear him say something about an affidavit he needed to fax me to give to my attorney.  I informed him he was calling my office and not to call again.  I hung up.  He called right back and said he needed to talk to me right now.  I asked him for his phone number, organization and name.  He responded 917-464-2532, Dept. of Financial Criminal Fraud and his name was Steve Jones.  He then told me to call him on my break, because he will talk to me right now.  I told him no he won't and I was calling my county DA to see if what he was doing was legal.  I then disconnected the call.

I too am getting constant calls telling me that I am a suspect in a crime and I need to speak to them right now.  I have informed this gentleman (with an foreign accent) that I am at work and not to call me again.  He continues to call.  Is there a remedy for this kind of harassment on the job?

keeps calling me at work, I am out on a leave and the guy is very rude and asking why i was out! sounds like a collection agency and if they keep talking the way they do they will also be reported to the agi and the bbb just like ellis crosby and nash,collection agency That went bankrupt and are being sued for there tactics.

called and said i was a suspect for crime commited and i needed to talk to lawyer
