I applied for a PayDay Loan with Beacon and got the loan no problem everything was legitimate...I applied for alot of them asking for 1000.00..I got a call the next day and was approved...Talked to the Guy all day long everytime I called back it says the Magic Jack customer you called is unavailable then they would call me back after I left a message at 713-482-8105..I accepted the loan went to wal mart loaded the money on the card to insure I could make my monthly payment..they were to put 1000.00 in my bank account after that...then the money was gone...they kept telling me there was something wrong with my credit report that i had a red flag with Trans union... I called money pack and they have opened an investigation..not sure what will happen but I just got Scammed for 170.00..every Pennie I had...Ive been crying all day I feel stupid and Now have no was to pay my bills...The names were Mark Davis and Shawn Miwlliam...I traced the number it came back out of Huston Texas as a land line...I will never do anything like this again..

all have been with in the last two days all day starting at 5:30 am

Ive had over 30 calls from these people this number and several others in the last two days, some as early as 5:30 am.  All with an indian accent the last one I told them that I had reported them and they must stop calling me. He originally asked for Tommy which no one by that name lives here then he tells me that my pay day loan was approved ????? so I began questioning him like who is he calling for, what company is he working for, and  why is he calling when no one at my house has applied for a pay day loan ever. He refused to answer and then started asking me how old I was and if I was married. I told him he didn't need to know any details about me and again to stop calling because this number along with the 10 other numbers have again been reported. He started to laugh and hung up on me. Not even 1 minute after an unavailable number pops up same guy. Oh and just as I'm typing this the same number calls again  surprise surprise same guy. I answered "seriously you're calling again" and he hung up on me.

I just recieved a message from this guy with thick accent also and he wouldn't provide me the company name on the vm. He said his name was "Robert Jones". He also threat me and said "good luck". He sounded Iranian or Indian accent. Nothing personal with that culture cause I am Asian. I know how to speak good English. My attorney advise me to tell them I will report him and his company to FTC and BBB which should shut them up. Those b*****ds.

this is a total scam

This number has called me 9 times in a 20 minute period! I answered twice and its a huge echo. They just left me a voice mail of 3 minutes of complete nothing! I hate that my iphone wont block calls!

I wonder how they got my number. Most annoying.
These things happened shortly before the calls started:
1) I ordered and paid for a credit report from on of the 3 big agencies.
(Even the link for 'free report' imposed and $11. fee. Funny, I thought there was a federal law about getting a free report annually.)
2) I communicated with a medical and a dental insurance provider.
Shortly after they started:
1) A car dealer called on the phone number where the telemarketers were calling to tell me paperwork was at DMV.
As for the calls:
I think they were asking for 'Lorry' (not 'lawyer') . Michael(who could not respond to questions), then another Michael, barely understandable. Original call from 424 220 6076 also 713-280 4742 also 877-3337195.  

BTW I tried to forward the recorded message back to them, but my system wouldn't accept the number.

i am a normally suspicious person, esp when it comes to things like this. i feel for the ppl who`ve had blind trust & done what these scammers have asked. obviously, u NEED $ if u r applying for loans,  & some ppl r desperate enough do do things w/o question. "ERR ON THE SIDE OF CAUTION!"

i got the call saying i was approved for a loan. i have gotten several diff #s telling me this,  so i`ve set my default ringer to `no ring,` & listen to voicemails insatead. i`ve looked up the company they are supposed to be representing & the #s don`t match. so, tonite, i tried calling this #. the vm said i`d been approved for a loan & to call the # (btw, 99% of these callers have extremely THICK foriegn accents). well, at 2am, there`s nobody to answer  the phone of course--"the magic jack  customer is not available!" i could leave a msg, & i did: "BUSTED!"
i have gotten several calls from diff $s, some saying i was approved for a loan, others from the same man using diff #s & names saying i or my atty needed to call "NOW OR ELSE!" i haven`t called, nor have i gotten an "or else" since the calls started around may, 2012.

I have gotten the same phone call for days.  I had applied for a on line payday loan and they said I was approved, blah blah.  Then I had to secure a Green Dot card and prove I can pay $100 a month.  They took the $100 and said I have a bill and they can't refund the money or give me a loan!!!!  I am out $100 and they don't care!!!!!

This phone number has called me a number of times. my husband called them back cause I was freaking out and they are scamming people and when my husband aske who he was he stated that he ws from Iraq and was Osama they have also called from 6 other different numbers and told my husband good luck tracking them mother F'ers..

I had the same message, saying he was mark and my husband called back and they are from Iraq but the number is a new york based number.Dont answer the phone calls. they have made threats and said good luck tracking them

i recieved the same call but he said his name was mark williams and that need to call him. now he called me all day, and left 2 messages he called me that last time and i told him that what he is doing is a scam and goodbye and i haven't heard from him since.

got a few calls from this number and they left a message. It is a guy from India who uses an American name. THIS IS A SCAM! Report it to FTC or any other business that handles such calls.

i could not understand the person.i had to listen 4 times and still not sure but some of what i got was call me or have you lawyer call.they did not say who they were.and now im going to be up all nite wondering who and what they was about.they called sometime after 7pm.
