Anyone who wants you to pay by Western Union, Green Dot Moneypak, Vanilla Card, Moneygram... is a scammer!

Got a call saying it was Fast Cash Loan Company. Wanted me to get a reloadable green dot money pack from WalMart. Said his name was Raymond Scott, gave me extension #404.

First a woman called me from this number stated her name was Nicole Smith from Fast Cash Loans.

I have received multiple and multiple calls to my cell phone and my job threatening me with a legal issue.  He is extremely rude, won't take no for an answer, tells my boss and co-workers that I am a liar as well as them.  I can't receive at my job and if this continues I may very well lose my job.  Something needs to be done about this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

this person keep harrassing my phone told me my husband would be put in jail for federal charges , claimed to be Justin Marshal from Login and Krammer Law firm , but if you get the voice mail it said the phone belong to Amy Scott, some one needs to arrest these people and put them away , very sick of this !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I received the same phone call...very heavy accent regarding one of our employees. I too questioned him. He said his name was " Justin Marshall" from Jonathan Marks Law Firm. I intend on calling all of the Jonathan Marks Law Firms I can find..so far one in St Louis and one in New York and telling them that they are using their name. So maybe they can get on the FBI band wagon as stated from Harassment Victim. The scary thing IS the personnel information they do have!!

This IDIOT Called me as well saying that I had to pay back a payday loan that I never got. I did however apply for a payday loan with Elite Cash Advance and I was naive and sent them money that they took from ME $962.00 to be exact. These idiots should be hung somewhere and left for the dogs!!!!! the government should be able to find these B*****DS and do something about this. I mean really...we can find someone in a freaking hole thats been in hiding for yrs but we cant find some F***K TARDS thats taking peoples money and calling and harassing them!!!!!  REALLY!!!!

There is a man continually calling my cell phone from this number threatening of a financial situation of which I do not wish to speak to him.  I feel if this was real, I would have already received something in the mail, of which I have not.  Also, he is harassing my past employer with numerous phone calls.  Please help stop this man.

have received phone calls from this number to my job. very rude and threatening to my coworkers accusing them of lying when told i was unable to receive phone calls or in fact that they were me pretending to be someone else. have reported this number once before a few months ago but phones calls have started up once again. if they continue, i'm at risk of loosing my job. please help!!!

I was getting calls from them every ten minutes after i cursed them out... as it turns out be weary one it is a scam two they do have the entirety of your social security number, you address and employers... I figure f*** it if they are going to do something it will be easy enough to dispute it... seeing as well lets face it they are sitting in some call center in india and tracing i.p. addresses simple enough because the minute it shows up foreign case closed we win. Just be warned these pieces of s*** have your information

This person started on my cell number about two months ago. Said his "client" had a pending lawsuit against me for THEFT BY DECEPTION because i have not paid back a payday loan that i NEVER received!!!! Continued to call my cell number until i had it changed two days ago. THey are calling my work number one right after the other, calling my coworkers obscene names and threatening to send the police (as if they actually could) to my home and place of business. I've filed a complaint with the police in my office county AND my home county. I've spoken with the REAL Laurence Kramer Law firm in New York and they are working along with the FBI to catch this moron! I did find out that with the Green.Money Pack card that i was naive enough to send them money on IS TRACEABLE on the other end so the FBI will hear from me and will be able to subpoena the information to catch this indian b*****d!!!! It's gotten to the point where i see their numbers pick up the phone and just hang up. What idiots.

I am a personnel processor for USDA and keep getting calls from Patrick Williams 917-503-7724 asking for personal phone number of employee which we do not disclose to anyone.

Got a phone call claiming we got a payday loan in the amount of $450 in December 2012.  Advised we did not get a payday loan in December 2012 and that no payment in that amount is shown on our bank statement.

These people called my work over 20 time's yesterday, and called my home 12 time's.The same people that say they are from US Cash Advance have been calling of and on for the last 2 year's.My boss told them yesterday that he fired me because of all the phone call's and they still called back over and over.They will say you owe them money and that you will go to jail,They say they will keep calling your work because they want you to loose your job,call you name's.They are very mean on the phone and hard to understand.

I get phone calls thru out the day they even called my job! They are very threatening if you r a gullible person you're liable to pay them just to get them to stop calling ur house ur cell and ur job! I will be also filing a police complaint

I have been receiving calls from this phone # he says he's from a law firm on my answering machine as I won't answer calls from a # I don't know. In December I received the same call different # & almost paid I checked out the # it was a scam. I filed a complaint with the police. The guy went so far as to give me the phone # of a Sheriffs Dept. in Eastern WA. I called there & they knew nothing & had this happen a lot. Then the guy hacked into the Sheriff's Phone & actually called me from that # I called them back & they were going to investigate they were upset. I told the guy he was going to be arrested if they managed to find him for (Computer Hacking a Government Phone System, Harassment, Fraud, & Impersonating a Police Officer) he never called back. I suggest telling them u are going to call the police & file a complaint & if they continue calling do so.

Claimed to be Laurence Kramer Law Firm. Called looking for the person who had the phone number before me. When I tried to tell this guy, who had a very thick accent and was hard to understand, that I didn't know the person he was looking for and to quit calling me, He became very rude and said he was going to send the police to my address.

These idiots are non-stop. They threatened to get their lawyer if we didnt pay up. Of course its a scam so my husband tells them fine we well get our lawyer, then they hang up.

Have received several calls from this number today.  VERY VERY rude.  Threatened to send an investigator and threatened our jobs.  Called back but blocked our ID to find out who was calling.  Claimed to be Laurence Kramer Law Firm.

This is a scam...the caller has a heavy accent and the number is based out of New York...he asks for someones name or their manger...very insistent on getting through to speaking with someone. Says he is from a law firm. You mention that you looked up the number and found that it is a scam and he hangs up on you! Always put the phone on hold and google phone numbers so that you can report these to the proper authorities.

Same old call, "scam", different number. Caller, male with heavy accent, states there is a case against me and my social security number. He states I must call him or Police Officers will show up at my place of work. Have gotten these calls off and on for three years. Do not call them back, and do not give them any information. If there really is a company that is looking to sue you they will have a licensed process server bring the paperwork to you
