Yesterday I received a call from a 8-569-001-8886 number saying she was a investigation officer stating I have a law suit against me from a personal cash advance loan I took out and didnt pay it back she had all my info ss# dl# address its scary she gave me a number to call which is 917-651-0027 I called it some lady another officer was very rude saying about law suit I ask her question but she would not tell me anything but I have to go court if not I will go jail... what should i do its scary for them have all my info!!!

Today i Received a call from a women who said she worked from the New York  court house.Claiming that she has a case number ,social security number,and drives license for me,then told me that i had a online loan out that needed to be payed.she refused to send me here information about her company or who this loan was to.She would only give me that info  after i payed the amount of $398.pulse i had to send them a fax of my drivers license and a had written note with my signature.She had her Phone number blocked,but she left it on my voice mail.This very scary that they have our info.

Received the call fro the same number.   The exact same woman sho could not remember the call back number the second time she tried to demand that I call.  She said that same thing, that they will black list my name.  WHy are they allowing such people to contact you, this is harrassment.

I also received this call yesterday and it was a foreign speaking lady calling her self officer Jackie.  She had the last 4 of my social and indicated that their was a lawsuit against my social security number for fraud and they would be taking my driving privleges if I did not call back.  I tried to call back and all I get is a busy signal.  If you 411 the number is shows that it is a land line in New York but I called our local phone company (Frontier) and she looked into it and indicated that IF
the number indeed went to a court house as the lady on the voice mail indicated then it would show said courthouse on the computer.  She said that it was a scam and to ignore it and so that is what I am going to do (and pray a little that it is not legitamate)

I recieved a call from this number stating my SS # and DL # stating I am going to be sued this is very concerning

I received a simular call last wednesday and  then again today claiming I took out a payday loan ( I didn't) and that for 598.00 she would clear my records.  Wouldnt tell me the amount I supposedly reeived!

Recieved a call from an indian woman to call this number as I was facing legal charges and she had all my information in her case file and that my DL would be black listed in the courthouse, and then listed something about NY and then couldn't remember the number she wanted me to call so just said to call the number she had said before and never even said her name or where she was from!  To boot she forgot to block the number as an unknown number so when I looked it up it showed that the number she was calling from was an India cellphone number!!!  It was 975-925-1190. Total scam...stop calling me!!!!

SOME FOREIGN SPEAKING LADY  CALLED MY PHONE SAYING I AM BEING SUED FOR WHAT. AND I AM NOT THE FIRST PERSON THIS NUMBER HAS CALLED I HAVE DIFFERENT PEOPLES SAYING THIS LADY HAS CALLED THEY PHONE NEEDS TO LEAVE PPL'S ALONE.

This caller calls constantly and introduces himself as officer Steven, he has no records of why he is calling my phone through out the day except for some online loan. I have never had any kind of online loan ever in my life. They have some of peoples personal information and that is very scary to me. Where did they get my information from? Someone really needs to put a stop to this. In this day and age its just too scary for someone to have your information.
