Received a phone call today from them.  Wouldn't give any info to my office manager.  Again, I understand receptionists are trained to say no, but mine is trained to give information to any potential patients calling and can field those questions well.  There's no reason to talk to me to find out if I'm a good fit for the patient.  Glad I found this and didn't waste my time.  

just got a phone call and i'm so happy to see that i'm not the only one who has a problem with this!  not only was "sam keiler" very rude and vague, but she completely wasted my time when i had actual patients in front of me that i'm needing to schedule!  the number they are wanting me to call back on is 212-981-4974.

Chris Gogatz called from this number. He asked for the doc by name then listed off a couple other DC's in the metro and said that those docs were looking for somewhere to refer a few patients.  When I told him that we weren't interested he said "Yeah, whatever" and hung up.

Requested the Owner by name and said he was making a pt. referral i told him I handle all referrals and scheduling and Chris Shelton said he is only allowed to refer to the business owner. i threw his info away.

They left a message saying they were a new patient. When I called back it said I reached an extension and to leave a message. The guy called back while I was leaving a message. He said he wanted to talk to the doctor but the was busy. Then he said he wanted to refer some new patients. He named off some local doctors and said his company worked those doctors (yea right). I kept probing about what company he worked for, if it was a SEO company or directory and he said no. He said it was Felix Chiropractic. I laugh because this is the same ploy all the directory sites use. Caller id shows New York, NY 1-917-677-7901

Bc it's not the company obviously. It's just something they tell gatekeepers

They don't get anything done by talking to the lady that picks up the phone. That lady is tought that no matter what it is just say no.

Funny how there's no listing for them, no website - no nothing.  Hardly the mark of a "legitimate" company.

Well, if they're "job" is to be vague and misleading, then no wonder people don't want to work with them!  Just another BS sales call.

If a "company" can't be upfront about why they're calling, then people don't have to put up with that BS.  There's a good reason receptionists are known as "gatekeepers" - they're there to sort the wheat from the chaff!

They r just trying to talk to the person who makes the business decisions for 5 mins about their company. They are lying so they can get passed the receptionist. Doesn't mean the company is a scam or anything just how else would u get passed the receptionist?

Called stating they were a PT facility and wanted to refer patients, would not give name of company or any other info.

We get multiple calls from Felix PT, even after telling them to stop calling. Once, after asking to be removed from their call list, they said they "don't keep a list, anyone can use a number they found on Google, it's public."  Can't find anything legit online. Today I got a call from "Whitney." She asked for our PT by first name, as if she were a personal friend. We get sales calls like this all the time, so I asked what it was regarding. She said simply "a patient referral." I asked if he was expecting her call, and she said "I'm trying to refer a patient and I need to speak with the owner." She was very persistent and vague, and I asked if it was a sales call several times, and she said, "no, you've asked me three times and I'd appreciate if you stopped asking me if it's a sales call, it's a patient referral." I said, "in that case, I handle patient referrals, and will be happy to schedule the patient." She insisted she needed to speak with the business owner to ensure we were a good fit for the patient, stating she understood if the PT was with a patient, she could call back at a better time. I said she could leave her number and we'd call when it was convenient. There won't be a convenient time. No legit referral is EVER handled like this and asks to speak to the business owner in such vague terms.

keeps calling for last several months in past says hes with Felix and has a referral for our office more recently says he is with NovaCare and has a referral for us.  I have asked several times to be taken off call list.  Clearly just scam solicitor

I just got the same message. Whitney wants to refer a pt to our clinic but was rude to my receptionist and would not speak to her. They keep calling from a 917 number and a 212. Beware and IGNORE!!! There are scammers all over the place.

Chris Gogatz called from this number and asked for our director by name. said he wanted to send a patient over to our clinic but wanted to talk with the PT to make sure it was appropriate to send the patient over. would not give me any patient information, said he was calling from my company doing internal referrals, didn't actually work in the office so should be called at his personal number. I called him back, told him I handle incoming patients and needed patient information and he hung up on me. I called back again with no answer. nice fella.

Got the same phone call from Whitney (rude) at 917-677-7932 for a referral of a patient whom she called Sarah when I pressed for a name. She refused to talk to me. My husband who is the PT called her back, left a message to stop calling. So very tired of these calls interrupting our day when we are actually attempting to provide care for real patients.

Just got a call from Matt Baker with Felix Chiropractic wanting to talk to our doctor said he had a patient referral. I googled him and found this site. Throwing the message away!

Whitney from Felix Chiropractic in Austin called our forwarded number asking for a chiropractor that has not worked in office for 10 years.  She sounded surprised. She asked if another chiropractor was available . I said no . She asked if the current DC would call about a referal from their office . I googled the Felix Chiropractic office and found multiple problems.

Got a call from Whitney McIntosh at the 917-677-7932 asked to speak to the Dr. I took a msg, asked what this was regarding and she said she had a few patients that she wanted to refer over to us, mentioned another local DC she said she had been working with.  I asked her if she was a referral company and she said "No".  Sounded suspect so I googled the number, glad I did.  Passing on the info to our receptionist :)

Just receiver a call from another local chiropractor who informed me they were using my office name to solicit.  Tried to call them to tell them to stop using my office name but could only reach an answering machine.

She wanted to refer a patient but was rude and not willing to give any information or answer any questions. I'm glad I looked up number because it is a waste of time and probably a scam.

Received call from Whitney McIntosh at Felix Chiropractic, 917-677-7932, asking to speak with Dr.  Explained I needed to take message.  Asked what this was regarding, she said "a patient referral."  I called Whitney a few minutes later.  She answered, "This is Whitney."  This is NOT a chiropractic office.  There are NO docs there.  Not sure what they're up to, but beware.

One of the companies he represents is tvrepairman.com. He also sells for chiropractic and veterinary. Stay away from this guy. They want your credit card on file, and every time you get a telephone call, your business is charged anywhere from 10-25 dollars. They advertise you business with a special telephone number and record your calls. All I can say is WATCH OUT!!!

Received a call from "Matt". Said he was wanting to refer a veterinary client but insisted on "talking to the owner to make sure it was a good fit" Said he was with a local vet, asked him where and he said that was the name of the company. Took a message, will not be calling him back.

"Matt Bolon" from this number has called at least 4 times and left repeated messages with my answering service.  Supposedly, I called him... that is a big N-O.  I am sure this is some company that resells leads... NO THANK YOU.  People are smart today if they can find me on Google they aren't going anywhere else, why would I pay... QUIT CALLING MATT!
