got the same number, trying to trick Canadians with the apple.ca but adds a .com after, total scam. If you use your phone number on any website, contests etc. Even from companies you trust, they still sell your number to solicitors etc.

Received a Text claiming I was "Apple's Winner of the Day" and directed to go to a web site www.apple.ca.winatxt.com.. This site does not appear to be a ligit Apple Site..

Received a text message claiming they are from Apple, and said I was today's lucky winner. Gave me a link to go to and a code number to enter to claim my prize.
MY cell number has not been used for any contests as it is a work # and I did not follow the link as I suspect this is a scam.
