I got a call today saying that I needed to have my attorney contact 917-775-0027 about an urgent matter. I called back and a man with a thick accent answered and told me I was being sued for an unpaid payday loan in September 2010 from a company called AACC. I asked all of their information and asked to speak to a supervisor. I was 'transfered' and I'm pretty sure he just hit a bunch of buttons on the phone and started talking again.
Either way they had ALL of my personal information, but I am 100% sure this is a scam. They are probably mad they can't use my identity for money because I'm a student and have no credit to use!!
Don't let them scare you into giving them money. If it's a lawsuit you will find out in paper form NOT just a phone call asking for money!!!

A man with a heavy accent  states that He is Charles that I need to get an attorney to call him and to god bless  that I am going to jail... He then ended with Dennis.. This number is a scammer trying to steel money. I went off on him and told him that this call is being recorded & that I have reported to BBB and not to call me again he just hung up!

For weeks we have been getting daily phone calls for someone named Pablo.  I keep answering and telling them they have the wrong number.  Yesterday a man with a thick accent left a message on our machine.  It was for Pablo Sandoval (nobody here by that name), saying they required a return call from either Pablo or his attorney ASAP.  This number I am reporting is the call back number left in the message.
