I answered, and the recorded advertising message was home security system, and offered free if I place a sign in my yard. If it talks, walks, and smells like a duck then it is a ... duck. Their call and business does not have anything to do with "Telco", thus smells like a scam. Any real business will identify themselves, and provide a call back number. Did not bother to press "9" to be added to their DNC list as this is the same tactic that they used under the name "GOOG". Next time I'll talk to them and see if I can discover their criminal intent.
