I keep getting calls from this number and when I check the caller I.D. it says  Do Not Answer...now why would someone call you then doesn't want you to answer the call.....That just doesn't make sence....

I have a solution to your problem-sign up for Google Voice. It's a free service that reroutes your calls so you can block them and is set up like an email account except the calls are logged in your inbox like email messages. When you click on a message, it will tell you the actual number of the person who called you, not the spoofed one they used. You can then use the service to block it.

Setup instructions can be found in my post on whocallsme under 7024381678. Special note: I wrote in the instructions that some of them were from memory, and I failed to mention one detail-when you're on the third page looking for the second paragraph on the left, if it doesn't automatically appear on your screen then click the button to enable the first paragraph and it will show up.

i am in el paso tx, 918 is oklohoma tx, and i get a call from 918-442-0904 every day around 11 or 12 mountain time

Called me this morning. Did the reverse lookup on the phone it is near Tulsa Ok they are a credit card monitoring to lower interest rates. I hit one to be placed on DNC by them! We shall see if it works.

I got a call from this number once for the last 3 morning.

nbm is the name that comes up ob the id.  They are a pain.  they will call and never answer.

I keep getting calls from 918 442 0904 offering a debt consolidation credit card. they say I have great credit and that I qualify. This is a scam because credit card companies don't phone you out of the blue. Watch out! I plan on contacting 311 to report this after I fininsh this post. :)

The company name is supposedly National Bankcard Monitor.  If you call the number back it gives you the option of pushing #1 and beging taken off their list.
Then the message talks about lowering all your bank card rates.  Of course, when i answered the phone
the girl didn't know what to say when i asked who was calling and she did hang up.
So if you have no bank cards you should dial back and listen to message and remove your name.
Hopefully this will take care of everything.

Get these calls numerous times a day called back and pushed on to be taken off nothing happens.. if i ever get a person im gonna go off on them....

this is the third or fourth time i have been called by this number in the last few weeks, but everytime i answer there is seemingly noone there. Though i did have my hopes that it was an old friend who i lost contact with about a year ago.

NBM is the identifier.

Received a call from 918 442 0904 1/18/11... no voice mail. I looked up the number to see where it came from and can see it is a telemarketer/scammer. Great.

Why the hell are they calling from this number everyday. No one speaks out. Whom do we report about this.

Same as all of the other folks receiving these calls, no one responds

They've called me three days in a row. The first two days, no one was on the other end (most likely a boiler room call.)  Today, there was someone on the other end.  I think they're trying to scam elderly people. They asked for my mother.  I told them I was her. They told me that they were calling me because I have good credit, and they could reduce my credit card interest rate.

When I told them I haven't had a credit card in over 30 years, then she said, "Do you  have a debit card?"  I said, "That's none of your business. I'm telling you now to never call me again."  She said, "Don't worry, I never will."  She then hung up.  I'm sure they'll call again.

Those people have no idea what they are in for when they are able to reach me.  It's fun.  I love messing with those kinds of scammers.  Sometimes I just let them go on and on... I'll play along for awhile... it just depends on my mood.

I didn't just fall off the turnip truck.  Those types of scammers will never get one over on me.

Just have fun with them... make stuff up... it's a blast.

Stop calling

I did this morning.

I received a  call from 918 442 0904 today ( 05/01/2011) at 1.00 PM . No answer form the caller.  And I am going to report about this call to Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre.   www.recol.ca     (www.antifraudcentre.ca)

They call us many times since 2 or 3 weeks. We always miss the call many times. Were from Quebec and when we speak them french, they just cut off the line. We call RCMP today to report those call. Maybe people from Canada should do the same.

Get calls from this number constantly and they have an option to stop calls but when I press the option, they redirect me to an operator wanted to know if I want to lower the interest on my credit cards.

I got a phone call from 918-442-0904, a woman told me that she is calling me from the bank and that they're very concern about my Mastercard and Visa credit cards , I told her don't call me anymore this is a scam I don 't have any credit card.
For the last month I received 3 phone calls saying that they're from the bank and another phone call a man told me that I purchased online and they had a computer glitch so they lost the last 4 number of my credit card so he wanted to get my credit number again , also mention that they got this problem with a total of 20 transactions, I told him I didn't buy online.
Please be aware something is going on.
